Sometimes when house hunting, some estate agents are likely to put you off. You register with them and then they just disappear. This is NOT Sabrina's case! I had an issue with my security deposit but after I spoke with Vesaim Ali he managed to sort it out and issue the return of the deposit the same day! Very happy with his help and how he handled the situation.

Applying for help to buy can be tedious at times, with all the changes that may need doing. however Shelagh & Manny at Haart were always very helpful, weather it was a request for changes to forms or booking viewings, they were always a pleasure working with.

The service level at this branch in LUTON is rediculous it’s appalling mason janes is a terrible sales person my opinion he’s to young to be dealing with selling houses and also Thomas barker one of the managers is even worse would not recommend this estate agent don’t get back to you and don’t sell your house for the price promised. DO NOT USE THEM
