GoogleTruly awful letting agents. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails, or even acknowledge maintenance issues when reported. You’re given the run around when trying to log a complaint. They do not care one bit and are more than happy to breach their own contracts.

GoogleHorrible service. Lied and failed to tell me about rats in the home. Broken pipes resulting in terrible smell and damp floor boards. Then mould growing on everything! Took them 3 months of hassling to fix the issue and it was still not fixed. Staff are rude and avoid fixing housing issues

GoogleVery disappointed, over valued my house in a tough market. I rarely had an update, I stopped even getting the email telling me how many people had viewed online. Haart didn't give me any advice about lowering price etc, I have driven everything. I felt that the staff hadn't been talking to each other, one of the sales guys had got a lot of viewings through but hadn't been told that I would potentially accept a lower price even though I'd had the conversation with someone else so the viewings were a waste of time. Once I gave notice that I wouldn't be renewing, they clearly decided not to bother pushing the property. Only positive is the photos looked good.
