GoogleWe enlisted the help of the Letting team to fill our flats. They managed to find good tenants in a short period of time. Ben the Lettings Manager and Zoe the negotiator has been extremely helpful and courteous, regularly keeping me updated with recent viewings and progress of the move ins. Ben's advice and knowledge of the local area is invaluable. Would highly recommend their services.

GoogleGave these clowns 2 months notice of me vacating the property. They came and inspected the place but after another month they hadn't returned my deposit. I contacted them and they assured me I'd have it within 10 working days. This has passed and still not returned. Be wary of handing over any sums of money to this lot.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

She was friendly and helped us to have everything ready for the day that we requested to move. The communication was very good, and everything was straightforward. With the usual stressful dealings with eststate agents, in contrast my dealing with Connells was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this agency, especially the agent Zoe McConville.
