TrustpilotPlease don't buy a property from Crest.
Please don't buy a property from Crest.Have had major issues with my house, for years. Due to the mess that Crest made in their incompetent attempts at repairs, NHBC have had to take over. House may not be structurally sound...may have to be bought by NHBC.Don't touch them with a bargepoll. Their customer service is a joke, just fobbed off all the time...biggest purchase of my life which has lead to years of heartbreak.

TrustpilotFantastic service and amazing quality
Surprised to see negative comments as I’ve had the best experience with this house builder. I moved into Nash Mills and they couldn’t have made things easier. They jumped on my snagging (there wasn’t very much), great quality and far better service than the previous new build I bought from a different company. Highly recommend them based on the service I received and quality of build! Sales and site team were excellent!!

We moved into a new build Crest Nicholson property in Westvale Park early this year and have been really happy with the professional service we have received. The sales team have been extremely helpful and always keep us in the loop. If we have any problems we have had a response from them the same day and matters resolved as quickly as possible. Have recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Crest Nicholson!
