I was sad to see some negative reviews, but as my experience was spot on I just wanted to share a five star review to give others faith. We had a couple of minor snags which were acknowledged and rectified within 24-48 hours. I even got a call after to check I was happy. I really couldn't fault them

I recently moved to Fairfield Gardens and was pleased with excellent standard of finish when I moved in any snags were minor and have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the Site Team and Customer services team, it is a 'child friendly' development with an established sense of community.I joined Bannatynes Gym (Just across the road) and Cycle to Letchworth Train station every week day.

Crest is a fantastic builder. Our home is built to a high standard, with good quality materials. As you would expect with any new build, we have had our fair share of snags to be rectified, but I personally have found Crest quick to respond and all snags have been finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend them for a new build home.
