I appreciate that the basics were delivered, but the process lacked a sense of care or attention. It felt more like I was going through a system than being supported through a service.

In a time when finding your dream home is a complete nightmare, I was glad to have Jamie Hanrahan as a sale negociator. Several stakeholders involved slowed the purchase down but Jamie's thorough follow-up makes me able to meet my deadline. Another point I have appreciated: he was positive and kept me updated on the purchase stage throughout the process which was very helpful in this stressful experience. If I had to hunt and bid for a property over again(hopefully not), I would call upon Jamie without any hesitation.

Placed an order and then there was no further update from the agent for over a month.I called them for update then the agent called back and ask what can they help me???After the call they asked me to increase the offer, it is totally fine but should be more proactive. Will not consider them in the future.

We bought a property through Philip from Sherry FitzGerald Lucan office. He was incredibly helpful and professional through the whole process - arranging a viewing , always contactable and responsive. Very pleasant experience in a stressful process I wish him and the whole team all the best for the future. Highly recommended and keep up good work.

Brenda Mulcahy is a professional

Brenda Mulcahy is a professional, enthusiastic agent. She organised the sale of my house drawing in a lot of viewers and handling offers sensitively. Achieved a sale above asking price. She is backed up by a professional team and they took the stress out of selling.

We engaged the services of Tom Fitzpatrick for selling our private residence. Tom was highly approachable and gave us some excellent advice. He was always at the end of the line if we had a query or question. I would highly recommend engaging with Tom Fitzpatrick if you are planning on buying or selling a property.

Unprofessional - never stick to commitment

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.

Sale Of Property

I was very pleased with the full suite of services offered by Sherry Fitzgerald. Everything was very professional and to a very high standard. The valuation I received was realistic. I was kept informed through the showings and the sale process and given regular feedback by my agent. I would highly recommend them as a real estate agent.

Great experience

We had a great experience with Linda in Sherry Fitzgerald OLeary Kinsella while buying our first home. She was always super quick to respond to any questions we had, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful.

After contacting multiple estate agents we decided upon Sherry Fitzgerald for the sale of a residential property in Lucan. We dealt directly with Philip Ribeiro Thome, who was exceptional. Living overseas in a different timezone could have made the sale process stressful. Philip communicated effectively with us at every stage of the process and responded to queries without delay, often outside his usual office hours (due to the time difference). Philip took the time to provide us with valuable advice and guidance along the way. Highly recommend sherry Fitzgerald.

DISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…

Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

Amazing support and a pleasure to deal with

Roseanne helped us with the purchase of our country home and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was constantly on hand and incredibly responsive. She worked with us and supported both us and the sellers throughout the process. She facilitated a successful transaction on very agreeable terms between both parties. I couldn't recommend her and the team at Sherry Fitzgerald enough.
