I recently had the most pleasant experience selling my home with Tom Fitzpatrick and his team from Sherry Fitzgerald Lucan. Tom and his colleagues Brian & Lorna made the whole experience stress free and easy going. They are realistic and honest when giving advice and recommend sales prices. Exactly what Tom told us he would set out to do on our first meeting was exactly what he achieved and more. Our show houses were always busy and smoothly ran. I often hear stories of sellers preparing their homes for viewings and no one showing up. This was never the case with Sherry Fitzgerald. The work they put in, especially Lorna, behind the scenes is next to none. They were easily contactable through WhatsApp or email and no question or request was ever too big or too small. Before deciding to sell with Sherry Fitzgerald Lucan I did meet with other estate agents who's comission rate was slightly less but on comparing the various companies ethics and sale tactics Sherry Fitzgerald was the obvious choice to make. There is no comparison to their professionalism and hard work. As they say you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Sherry Fitzgerald Lucan for all your selling & buying needs. Thank you Tom, Brian & Lorna for all you did for us during the process of selling our home ♥️

My husband and I recently sold our house with the help of Philip. He could not have done more for us. Philip came and met us to discuss our selling strategy, then he came back to build out the house plans and discuss the selling points of the property. The house was then listed and a sale agreed within 3 weeks. Philip genuinely cared about us and the sale of our house and kept us updated every step of the way. The thing that really stood out to me was how safe and secure they made me feel. Prospective buyers registered their interest online and then the team in sherry Fitzgerald would follow up to ensure they were genuinely interested in the property and that they could afford it. While selling our house we were also looking in a different part of Dublin for our new home and the standard we received from Sherry Fitzgerald in Lucan was far superior than what we experienced elsewhere. The agent we worked with was Philip, and we both feel very lucky to have had him help us through the process of buying our first home. We were both nervous, and had quite a lot of questions throughout the process, and Philip was always willing to take the time to explain everything to us clearly and in a lot of detail. As with most purchases of property, there were minor issues along the way, all outside of Philip's control, however, he was always so professional and courteous in these situations. Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

He was away on holiday at one point, but his colleague Phillip was available and he was fully aware of what was happening with my property in Tom's absence.
