REA McDonald (Lucan) Lucan reviews

Barry Mc Donald was an obvious choice for me when it came to selling my home. The most established auctioneer in Lucan to my knowledge, and I very much wanted to shop local. I could not have imagined how happy I would be with his service, availability, guidance and kindness. They say, moving can be one of the most stressful things you will do in life !! I can genuinely say, Barry took the stress out of it for me. I trusted him whole heartedly and his calming sense of control, which, in my opinion is exactly what you need when selling your home and bidding on others. His professionalism shone through from the day he came to price my house to the day we signed sealed and delivered. I can not recommend him highly enough and "IF" I ever do this all over again, it will be Barry I will be calling.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We instructed Barry from REA McDonald in Lucan to sell our house on Feb 25th and 3 months later we have closed and are delighted with price achieved and our experience of the whole process. Barry was a pleasure to deal with, we contacted a few agents, and he was by far the most transparent and honest in all his communication. He gave us a very good steer on the local market and got us swiftly to our target price with regular updates along the way. I would definitely use Barry again for any property needs and would highly recommend him and the team from REA McDonald Lucan.

Our family are very grateful for the professionalism, expertise and reliability given by Fiachra during the sale of our family home. Fiachra cared about us and went over and above at times, that extra effort meant a lot to us. We have no hesitation in recommending McDonald Property for their services.

We would highly recommend Mc Donald estate agents in Lucan. We had the pleasure of doing business with them for the last 12 years. Initially they were our letting agents for the house and Emma and Dorothy were a pleasure to deal with. Barry and Fiachra were involved in the sale of our house earlier this year and they were fantastic. They were very professional and always at the end of the phone which was very important to us as we live 150 miles away!! So thanks to everyone in McDonalds for your top quality service.

The service that we received while selling our house was truly excellent - Barry was always available when we had a question, and was really helpful the whole way through the process. Selling a home is always going to be stressful, but Barry and his team made it as easy as it possibly could be. We never felt pressured to accept an offer, and the advice provided was sound and very much appreciated. The photos of the house looked great and our sale went through very quickly.

As a purchaser, I met Fiachra McGrath at numerous viewings of apartments and houses in the broader Lucan area over a period of 6 months approx. He was always welcoming and courteous and my search eventually paid off. During the purchase process, he was again helpful and efficient in the manner in which he dealt with my queries. I highly recommend him and McDonald Property to those who are seeking to either purchase or sell a property.
