GoogleREA McDonald have generously sponsored our athletics team in Griffeen Community College and offered to speak to our Transition Year students to give them an insight on what it takes to run a local business. Griffeen Community College would like to take this opportunity to thank Barry, Emma and Fiachra for their support and generosity.

GoogleWe would highly recommend REA McDonald. We first contacted Barry to carry out a Probate valuation on our late mother’s house. We also contacted one of their competitors with a view to selling the house. The house would have, in the classic Auctioneer phrase, ‘benefitted from some modernisation’. Despite this, Barry immediately spotted the potential and gave good advice as to what level to pitch the asking price. He demonstrated a keen awareness of the local market and we obtained a number of competing offers within a short space of time. Barry and Fiachra then completed all aspects of the sale with a minimum of fuss (despite the unexpected hurdles that we had to clear)

GoogleFiachra from REA McDonald took care of our house sale and we would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home. He is very approachable and willing to offer the best advice/guidance he can. He provided an accurate valuation that was completely in line with our thinking and achieved for us exactly what he said he would. He made the viewings as easy as possible and facilitated our schedules to when it suited. He also arranged multiple viewings over two Saturdays which definitely kept the chaos to a minimum. He remained in close contact with us at all stages throughout and we really felt we could trust him to guide us to a solid close. You can tell he has tons of experience - it's evident in how smooth and straightforward the whole process was. Thanks again, Alan and Alison.

GoogleWe dealt with REA McDonald in 2017 when purchasing a property. It was being sold by a bank which protracted the process. Fiachra was professional and obliging and helped us every step of the process. He and the team were excellent. Very helpful and informative. Would thoroughly recommend dealing with Fiachra, a really nice guy.
