GoogleWoeful. This lot are too pre occupied with botox and lip filler rather than concentrate on doing a good job for their clients. Check out the office group photo...looks more like an audition for love Island!...you have been warned.

GoogleVery disappointed be their customer service. I've been sent an email about a property in Golborne. I've got a missed call from them. 10 min later I call back them and when I said that I had a missed call, the Lady just hung up, no asking me why I'm calling. I was shocked really. Is that a good customer service?

Mr Corbett, I am sorry you were disappointed with our service as we pride our self on our customer service which is why we are the number one agent in our area with repeat clients due to our high levels of customer service. We take dissatisfied customer comments very seriously and would do everything we can to rectify any dissatisfactions, but it is difficult when what the customer is saying is untrue. You instructed us to market your property on a sole agency basis on 30th September 2015 and had your first viewing the day after 1st October 2015. The viewers loved the property, but the garden was too small and the drive wasn’t big enough for their caravan. Another viewing was arranged for 31st October 2015, however the buyers had to cancel as mr was taken ill and in hospital. Within a month of being on the market with us you, instructed another agent to market your property at a lower price, although you were tied into a sole agency agreement with ourselves until March 2016. On 6th November 2015 when we approached you about this, you said you didn’t realise our board had been removed from your garden and another agents board erected in its place? I am unsure how much more we could have done find you a buyer in such a small timescale. . . 2 viewings in the space of one month and then we allowed you to remove the property from the market whilst still in contract with us. It is also noteworthy to comment that the sale of your property completed on 29th January 2016 and you are still liable to pay our fee as you were still tied to a sole agency agreement. If you would like to discuss this further or want to arrange payment of your invoice, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.
