GoogleSuch a good team! Every time me and my partner called up or popped in the shop, the girls were all so friendly and happy to help with any enquires. Bought and sold our first home with them and I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else, as they have provided such excellent service! Thanks girls!

GoogleI can't thank the team enough. The sale of my fathers house after he died was difficult especially as I live 170 miles away. They accompanied all viewings, recommended a great gardener and helped to change the locks after a break in. They are very professional and earnt every pound of their commission. Highly recommend.

GoogleViewed several properties represented by the estate agent and everytime I feel the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel some of there representatives need to remember what profession they are in and when dealing with members of the public they should show some kind of decorum especially in there wording on emails

GoogleNothing was too much trouble during the probate sale of mum's property. We were a long way away and could not travel and they absolutely went out of their way to be helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. Five stars is not enough !

GoogleNot professional, made an appointment to view and the agent didn't turn up and no phone call too. Won't ring these again even if they had a house that is right for me. Definitely wont sell a house through these cowboys

GoogleStone Cross sold my property for me. They found and arranged my first viewer before the board was even put up!!! I was so happy, we shortly received an offer and our house was SOLD!!! Stone Cross also sent me emails with properties that they had available, which led to us finding our dream home. The sales team was absolutely fantastic with dealing with both our sale and purchase, nothing was to much trouble for them and they helped me step by step. I can not thank them enough. GoogleManager here Michelle Sweeney tells lies and refuses to answer questions when pulled up on it. Tells you one thing on phone then denys it over email ( when it's black n white ). Can't trust most estate agents now, if your reading this and thinking of selling your home with these, DON'T sell it yourself with one of these new companies, it's cheaper too.
