A special mention must go to Angela Hill as she was fantastic with helping us chase up the vendors solicitors and we don’t know what we would have done without her ! GoogleCross! The team in the Lowton office really are second to none and take all the stress away from what can be a very difficult time selling and buying a house. They just deal with everything from the initial listing the property for advertising, accompanied viewings with timely feedback, negotiating the sale to achieve the best possible price, then to progress the sale through to completion liaising with the chain, solicitors, surveyors etc. No wonder they have won customer service awards for best local estate agents, they really are the best!
