FacebookMinors and Brady are quite simply outstanding!! Their professionalism and dedication to selling your home is first class. We started selling our house with a different, well known local estate agent and the experience was hideous. Poor marketing meant that in a week on the market we hadn't had so much as a sniff of interest, and lack of care and attention to detail meant that bad photos and boring description was at the bottom of it. Deciding to change to Minors and Brady was the best decision I could have made. Stunning photos, amazing description and proactive marketing meant that within a week we had 11 viewings and a nice big SOLD board outside. Minors and Brady literally went the extra mile for everything, from Lee doing all the viewings and really selling our home to prospective buyers, to Adam keeping in contact with us throughout the rest of the sale process. It really was a service we would never have received from other agents, which was really apparent from other agents in the chain. I couldn't be more grateful to the team for all their hard work and for helping us move on to our dream home - Thank you

FacebookJust bought a house through Minors & Brady. So far we have had a good experience. We had our viewing with Chloe who was very helpful and friendly. Even though there were a lot of other people viewing that day, she gave us plenty of time and we didn't feel rushed. Charlie who is dealing with our sale has been very professional and quick to reply. All in all would definitely recommend them.
