Jamie gave great advice when it came to putting my property on the market and then Lee & the rest of the sales team worked proactively to get viewers through the door which resulted in a swift sale. Emma & Adam then made the rest of the transaction sail through, regular updates and contact meant that I was aware what was happening every step of the way. I look forward to using Minors & Brady in the future!

We started selling house with them as our purchase was through them which seemed a sensible route to take. Deciding to use Minors and Brady was the best decision I could have made. Stunning photos, amazing description and proactive marketing. Minors and Brady literally went the extra mile for everything, from Lee doing all the viewings and really selling our home to prospective buyers, to Jack keeping in contact with us throughout the rest of the sale process. It really was a service we would never have received from other agents, which was really apparent from other agents in the chain. I couldn't be more grateful to the team for all their hard work and for helping us move on to our dream home - Thank you

FacebookI decided to market my house with Minors&Brady after being really disappointed with another estate agency. I had heard great things about them so we thought we would give it a go. Had my house up for sale for less than a week and they arranged lots of viewings and had an offer accepted all within a few days of going live!!. I can’t recommend them enough! What really makes them stand out compared to other estate agents is how on the ball they are and customer communication is great! I felt like I had a real customer journey with them from start to finish. Professional and friendly. Charlie, Alex and everyone I spoke to were wonderful!
