We have had the best experience in purchasing our home through Minors and Brady. We’re first time buyers and from making an offer to exchange it’s been 7 weeks, Nagilla from the after sales team has been fantastic, very patient with our questions, and called us weekly with updates and supported with chasing solicitors when we were waiting for stuff. Couldn’t recommend more!!!!

TrustpilotGood experience
We recently purchased a house through Minors and Brady. The service was very good. Caroline Larke in the after sales team was particularly helpful, keeping us updated through the exchange and completion process which was trickier than expected! I would use Minors and Brady again.

GoogleWe moved our sale to Minors and Brady after having little success with another estate agent. The process with M&B from start to finish was very smooth, our details looked very professional and lead to us selling within 3 weeks, Charley at M&B also gave great advise on our purchase negations that led to us purchasing our ideal home. I would defiantly recement Minors & Brady Lowestoft to anyone looking for an Estate Agent

FacebookAs any vendor knows communication is so important, and Minors and Brady deliver. We are so pleased by the service we have received particularly from the Caister team whom we are selling through. Special mentions must go to Jack for his advice, Connor for his regular updates and Lewis and James for doing the viewings, and not forgetting Mia for her help over the phone, and also to Lee in the Wroxham team who is helping us to find a property. It has been a pleasure dealing with this friendly and helpful team who not only work for you but with you. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotFriendly service.
Rosie Turley took over my case and was communicative and friendly throughout. The whole process for me took a while due to reasons outside of her control but she managed to make it much better and get my flat sold. Thanks so much.

TrustpilotGood experience
Kian Mclean did a nice job showing me round a house in Norwich. Clear answers to my questions and if he didn't know said so rather than hedged. We've dealt with a number of estate agents in Norfolk and Minors & Brady are one of the best. Communication is good, viewing arrangements clear, and house descriptions sufficiently detailed.

TrustpilotWonderful agent and viewing experience
Sam did a great job answering our questions and showing us around the house while a tenant was there. Handled the situation very well and a very honest guy when answering all of our questions. He got back to us very quickly and was very kind! We highly recommend him as an agent and Minors and Brady as a company!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
