We've just listed our property with Minors & Brady's Unthank Rd office in Norwich. We had excellent service from Connie who arranged the valuation and photographer appointments, Liam for measuring up and valuation and Kirsten for making our required last-minute changes to the listing and getting it published on their website and also on Rightmove.

TrustpilotWas shown round the property by Emily…
Was shown round the property by Emily Bygrave, absolutely wonderful throughout. Knew the local area which helps me to make an informed decision later on and a lovely smile throughout. As much as the house/area is important, having someone that is essentially the face of the sale is vital. A real credit to her team !

GoogleMinors & Brady have been great so far. They're always keeping us up to date and they give us feedback from the viewings normally within 24 hours. Estate agent Hannah, in particular always shows up full of positive energy and stays behind after each viewing to discuss more about the property and gives my dog lots of fuss. Lovely bunch. 5*

TrustpilotProperty viewing in Norwich
We were shown around a property in Norwich by James Hodgson, who was excellent. He was friendly, personable, and (unlike some estate agent reps) had a good knowledge of the property and the current owners.

TrustpilotEasy to deal with and professional
Easy to deal with and the whole buying process has gone smoothly. Caroline Larke managed the process and was pro-active and kept us informed at all times. She was a great liaison between all the parties.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
