TrustpilotHighly professional estate agents.
Cassandra and the whole team at minors and brady caister, are extremely efficient and so helpful with finding buyers for my property. Very knowledgeable about the local area and market. All the viewings were carried out very professionally and I felt in very good hands. When a buyer was found cassandra then supported me through to the exchange and completion. And was always available and very helpful with my queries. I would highly recommend minors and brady!

TrustpilotMinors and brady
Minors and Brady have been brilliant and efficient while I've recently been purchasing a property. Rosie has been great keeping me up to date and chasing solicitors for me meaning I have had to do little of the work myself. Would recommend.

We used Minors & Brady for the sale of our bungalow. Their approach was professional in every way, especially Sarah Short, Sales Progresser of Caister Branch. We were in a very long chain and there were a few times when we hit a brick wall with members of the chain,,

FacebookWe have just exchanged contracts on a house that Minors & Brady were marketing. Brooke Kelley has been extremely helpful through a difficult time and always kept us up to date and responded quickly . It has been a stressful year and would have been much worse if we hadn't had Brooke helping us as buyers as well as their client.

TrustpilotLandlord Experience
Landlord Experience Find the right tenant and going through the letting process is not easy. This is my second time of letting my property with Minors and Brady and all staff have been helpful and informative. Dealing with issues following a check out has been very stressful and even though I did not have a full management contract they have been extremely helpful. I would especially mention Samuel Carpenter whose support, advise and help has been invaluable

GoogleA family member recommended minors and Brady to me, and their service has been brilliant, especially Hannah graver who did most of the viewings for me as I was unable to do so due to work commitments. They have now successfully sold my property, and I would highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

Having an agent that could actually answer our queries and concerns was a Godsend. All too often we hear ‘I don’t know but I’ll find out for you’. Erica was polite, approachable, knowledgeable and a credit to her company. 5 stars for sure.

GoogleOllee and Kris have been fantastic throughout the full time with minors and Brady, it really felt like they were supportive and trying to get the best for our first time buy. Communication was solid, we were very new to the process and no matter how many times we rang up it never seemed to be a bother, always happy to help.
Thank you both so much

TrustpilotCassandra Creak
Cassandra Creak and the rest of the team were always helpful and cheerful through the whole selling process, keeping us informed regularly and chasing up solicitors / buyers when required. The sale itself was not always straightforward but a good standard of professionalism was maintained throughout and they were very accommodating with arranging access when requested, which was important to us as we do not live in the area. I would highly recommend Minors & Brady.
