Facebook5 Stars Highly recommend Minors and Brady, as soon as our house was listed they were very proactive in getting viewings organised and we sold our house in 10 days. Emma has been excellent at keeping us informed throughout the buying and selling process liaising with solicitors at all ends of the chain. My solicitor has commented how pleasant Minors and Brady are to deal with.

Jamie was first very personable and helpful when looking around the property. The rest of the team were responsive and made the process from first having an offer accepted to completing the purchase a stress free experience. Would highly recommend to both buyers / sellers alike.

She was on time for the appointment and had the printed details with her, something that perhaps other agents could note, she was flexible, informative regarding areas around which we were looking for a property, she was genuine, polite and honest and gave us the feeling that we were dealing with a good reputational company. We look forward to meeting Amber again when and if we need to view other properties.

Nivea sent through all the Particulars for approval this morning and we were very pleased with everything. All we need now are some lovely Buyers and to find our last forever home, hopefully with M&B's help we will do just that :-)

Within 3 days of it being on the market, the 3rd person to view it, bought it. Charlie was outstanding in keeping me appraised of what was happening.
