TrustpilotSonya Balls
Sonya Balls has by far been the best agent I've dealt with in my history of renting. Never have I had so much help and support when I've needed it most as I have done with sonya and she's helped out with every request and problem I've had. Is always very friendly and happy to answer any questions we may have. Goes above and beyond to ensure our rental experience is a positive one.

GoogleI had a few viewings with Hannah Graver whom I found to be friendly, professional, personable, and proactive. She let me roam around and examine the properties and was ready for any of my queries. Whilst I didn't have many questions I had no doubt she would have been able to answer them. My overall experience with the team has been great and I look forward to further viewings and hopefully a purchase in the future.

Had 2 dealings with Minors and Brady now, when we bought our first property and now we're on the verge of moving up to our next property. Joe showed us round 3 properties in a day back to back, he was helpful, friendly and knew about each property we were looking at. He's only just starting out but we hope he goes far, and he will if he continues as he's started.

TrustpilotMany thanks to Stephen for the friendly and professional support
It was an easy decision to use Minors & Brady as sole agents for my rental search. From the outset Stephen has gone to lengths above and beyond the call of duty. Friendly, helpful and professional advice has been provided at all times, responding to calls and emails in a very timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone seeking a property to rent or buy in Norfolk.

GoogleYou experience a wide range of quality from the agents who show you properties, and Hannah Graver was brilliant. It makes the decision-making process so much easier and having someone with actual knowledge of the property who can answer your questions helped us make our decisions with confidence.

Our experience with Minors & Brady selling our house has been excellent so far! From the initial conversations with Callum, the valuation with Marlo, and most recently with Mia helping us to get our listing live, we couldn’t be more pleased. Lee took the most stunning, high-quality photos that perfectly captured the essence and charm of our home, showcasing it in the best possible light. Thank you to everyone!
