FacebookMinors and Brady have been great to work with and managed to secure a buyer for the price we wanted to achieve. They kept in touch with us regularly and offered good after viewing feedback. Jack in the after sales was brilliant and kept in touch with me at the beginning of the Covid 19 lockdown and ensured that the sale still progressed as efficiently as possible, considering the awful circumstances. Many thanks for all of your help guys.! 🙌

I am renting my flat and recently had a visit / check of the house by Sonya Balls. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. She was very flexible with the schedule, helpful and polite during her visit. She also organized the necessary repair work promptly.

FacebookJust seen a friends house rented out by this company. Absolutely disgusting. Drug parafinalia in bedrooms. Attempted repairs done to a child’s standard. No safety checks done or safety certificates. This house should not be let out to anyone is this condition. Environmental health have been informed. Using covid 19 as an excuse for the terrible way they are working. Would never recommend this company 14/6 update electrician has been to the property and condemned the whole property. The electrics were signed off by the estate agents 2 weeks ago on the welcome pack. Also all drains are blocked and toilet is hanging off the wall

We have had the best experience in purchasing our home through Minors and Brady. We’re first time buyers and from making an offer to exchange it’s been 7 weeks, Nagilla from the after sales team has been fantastic, very patient with our questions, and called us weekly with updates and supported with chasing solicitors when we were waiting for stuff. Couldn’t recommend more!!!!

We recently purchased a house through Minors and Brady. The service was very good. Caroline Larke in the after sales team was particularly helpful, keeping us updated through the exchange and completion process which was trickier than expected! I would use Minors and Brady again.

TrustpilotFriendly service.
Rosie Turley took over my case and was communicative and friendly throughout. The whole process for me took a while due to reasons outside of her control but she managed to make it much better and get my flat sold. Thanks so much.
