We must say that Cassandra Creak in aftersales was excellent. She religiously phoned us every week with an update - after she had contacted every other party. An amazing team from start (with Dan Emery taking on the property) to finish (with Cas Creak in the after sales support team) nothing was ever too much trouble and always a professional approach that was done with kindness and compassion which was so much appreciated in what can be a stressful time. GoogleWe recently purchased through Minors and Brady and everything was handled promptly and professionally. We were showed round by Chloe who was able to answer most of our many questions, and the couple of bits she wasn't sure of, she was quick to find out and email over to us afterwards. They also put us in touch with a helpful mortgage broker too. All in all a good experience.

FacebookSarah Short in the sales team was brilliant. She kept in regular touch with us and passed a lot of information back and forth between us and the vendors. She ironed out any misunderstandings between us and the vendor and put all parties at ease during what is always an emotional process. Without her input our purchase would never have happened as our solicitor did not pass anything back and forth at all! I would give her my whole hearted recommendation. 10/10!

FacebookI decided to go with minors and Brady after being let down by a previous estate agent I went with that done little to nothing to help me sell my property. Minors and Brady stood out much more to me than every other competitor / estate agent that I had round to evaluate my property. Their eagerness and enthusiasm to sell my property stood out from the rest by a landslide. Minors and Brady have the best reputation in the area by far, and most definitely exceeded my expectations. From having my house put up online from December 26th 2020 to present (04/01/2021), I already had a large amount of viewings, one of which has put down an offer that I have accepted. An outcome I’m almost certain any other estate agent in the surrounding area could not of achieved in such a short timeframe. The customer service from start to finish has been second to none. Brooke Daniels who was my point of contact at the Caister branch was exceptional and a pleasure to work with. With Regular phone calls and emails with updates on the status of selling my property, i knew I had picked the right estate agent to help me do this. I highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone who is thinking of selling their home in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area(s).
