FacebookReally pleased with the service provided by Minors and Brady. In particular Sarah Short has been fantastic and helped us enormously, guiding us through the process and responding to our enquiries at all hours of the day. I would certainly recommend Minors and Brady to others and would not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.

TrustpilotSonya Balls
Sonya Balls has by far been the best agent I've dealt with in my history of renting. Never have I had so much help and support when I've needed it most as I have done with sonya and she's helped out with every request and problem I've had. Is always very friendly and happy to answer any questions we may have. Goes above and beyond to ensure our rental experience is a positive one.

GoogleI've met Hannah Graver on three viewings now. She's always smiling, punctual, and has been polite and tactile when home owners or tenants have been present. Hannah has remembered everything I've told her, and best of all she doesn't patronise you by using marketing speak, like some other estate agents can.

Claire Wilson at Minors & Brady has been fantastic throughout the whole buying process. Nothing was too much trouble and queries were picked up and answered without delay. She has set the standard by which other companies should be measured.

GoogleI had a few viewings with Hannah Graver whom I found to be friendly, professional, personable, and proactive. She let me roam around and examine the properties and was ready for any of my queries. Whilst I didn't have many questions I had no doubt she would have been able to answer them. My overall experience with the team has been great and I look forward to further viewings and hopefully a purchase in the future.

Had 2 dealings with Minors and Brady now, when we bought our first property and now we're on the verge of moving up to our next property. Joe showed us round 3 properties in a day back to back, he was helpful, friendly and knew about each property we were looking at. He's only just starting out but we hope he goes far, and he will if he continues as he's started.

TrustpilotMany thanks to Stephen for the friendly and professional support
It was an easy decision to use Minors & Brady as sole agents for my rental search. From the outset Stephen has gone to lengths above and beyond the call of duty. Friendly, helpful and professional advice has been provided at all times, responding to calls and emails in a very timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone seeking a property to rent or buy in Norfolk.

TrustpilotExcellent Steven
I recently had an excellent viewing experience with Steven of Minors and Brady. The sales agent I worked with was incredibly accommodating, dedicated, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and motivated throughout the process. His positive attitude and helpfulness truly made my flat hunting experience exceptional. I feel blessed to have had such a fantastic agent on my side. Thank you, Minors and Brady, for having such a remarkable team member! You’re blessed to have him.

FacebookBig thank you to Sarah Short for your effort in getting our house purchase over the line, during the last 5 month Sarah has emailed ourselves as well as solicitor for updates and if it wasn’t for Sarah’s professional approach and persistence I think we’d still be waiting to sign contracts thank you from D Dougal *****

TrustpilotCredit where credit is most definitely due!
My praise here goes to your after sales team…predominately Rosie Turley. Simply put, without her tenacity, hard work (at least twice contacting me out of her normal working hours to ensure this sale held together) and her patience (which was tried way beyond human boundaries by our buyer’s solictor!) this sale would not have crossed the line. Minors and Brady you are very, very lucky to have her! She kept us calm and sane at THE most trying of times. Would highly recommend your services. Thank you once again and a very Merry Christmas to you all x
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Minors & Brady hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Lowestoft.
