Had a bit of a rough start with offer not being submitted to the vendor by the agent - but once we got started with the purchase process Claire Wilson the after sales progressor made up for that in spades - she is a force of nature that gets things done - she knows her business really well and is so easy to deal with - she puts in 110%

Positive approach. Went with this EA as new and had read some reviews around performance. In the process of selling now. Sold within time frame, always wanting to refresh and get us to the top of listing which helped. Used AI to furnish our home as was empty this was positive as buyers came and looked as could imagine what it could be. Looking forward to another family enjoying our home.

Avoid this company like the plague! I went for a viewing of a bungalow and when the young man turned up he could not answer a single question put to him.He then left with his notes on a promise I would get a phone call but guess what ? Nothing.I called the office the next week to be told my offer I put in was not good enough and promised I would get a return call to answer all my questions.Yet again I had no response at all.I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell there house through Minors and Brady as they don't do what's necessary to answer questions put to them or just can not be bothered.Avoid Avoid Avoid disgraceful company.

In particular Sarah Short has been fantastic and helped us enormously, guiding us through the process and responding to our enquiries at all hours of the day.
