TrustpilotExcellent
I had to push my viewing back half an hour due to train delays and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and understanding about it. I arrived at the house to be greeted by Joseph who was also very friendly and polite, despite the delay. It was a very professional viewing where he made sure I saw all parts of the house. He answered all my questions including the demographics of the area which is important to me and even the direction in which I could get back to the train station π It was a really positive experience compared to some I've had with other agents. Really well done.

TrustpilotGreat viewings team
Great viewings team, with good knowledge of the area, left a trustworthy impression Have been shown around many properties by Melanie I believe her name was over the past few months, always turnes up on time and as I am buying from London she gave me good directions and insight into the area I was buying in.Really top drawer and holds this estate agent to a high standard in comparison to others in the area that were late, booked me into the wrong property to view, and on viewings I have caught out reps with simple questions about the property etc. none of that with Minors and Brady. Thanks team,Jack

We have since pit our house on the market with the team and hope to purchase through them. We would definitely recommend this proactive team.

FacebookFirst time selling a house with these guys and they run an A* service. I had a property on sale for a while and minors and Brady were so patient and supportive especially whilst we had some complications with land registry. They always kept me informed with progress on viewings and gave good advice.
I would defo recommend minors and Brady.
Thanks to jack deeley who has been fab throughout.

FacebookEmma was very helpful and professional when it came to us buying our first home, she made the experience a whole lot less stressful and she informed us of all updates and although we never met her as dealt with everything via phone or email we felt we built up a good relationship with her and would definitely recommend her. TrustpilotExcellent house selling and purchasing experience
The team at Minors and Brady have all been superb dealing with the valuation, listing and sale of our house. Liam came for the initial valuation and was positive, professional and explained the whole process very clearly, our photos were arranged quickly as we needed to sell fast and they looked amazing, Sophie did a great job of showing everyone around on our week day viewings and we sold in less than a week. Throughout the whole process and dealing with our potential purchase, Connie Staff has been absolutely amazing, keeping us up to date on everything on both sides of selling and buying, answering all our questions and going the extra mile at every stage, she definitely has the clientβs best interests at the forefront of everything sheβs doing and I would definitely not hesitate to go with them again in the future, and recommend them to friends and family, especially if itβs the same team.
