We have just completed a purchase and sale. Minors and Brady dealt with our purchase and Property Ladder with our sale. The experience we had with these two agents could not have been further apart. It was Cass from Minors who we dealt with throughout the process once offers had been accepted and she was just brilliant! Constantly contacting and updating us, checking we were happy with everything and explaining the next steps.We will definitely look to use Minors again in the future (and will definitely stay away from Property Ladder).

My house sale was a very long, stressful process due to two buyers pulling out very close to completion date without giving a reasonable explanation. I had a number of different people dealing with the sale but it was Aysegul Capti that was the person who kept me informed right up until the sale was eventually completed. Selling a property is a very stressful experience due to outdated laws but Aysegul did her very best to help things along and kept me updated right until completion.

FacebookSo glad we chose Minors & Brady who's service has been excellent throughout. Offer accepted on our house 2 weeks after going up for sale. Our onward purchase (also through them) had some challenges/delays but this was where their excellent service really kicked in. Special mention/thanks to Emma who worked so hard to pull everything together, chasing our vendor, solicitors etc and keeping everyone up to date. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their house. Thanks again to everyone involved.

FacebookLiterally cannot recommend Minors and Brady enough they’ve made our experience so enjoyable and stress free. Jack Deeley has been amazing in keeping us totally up to date with what’s going on with the progress of our sale so we never even needed to ask. Molly Jo Norman (mortgage advisor) has got to be one of the best in the business, she knows everything there is to know and helps you every step of the way. I’ve had contact with a few of the other boys in the office and they’ve all been beyond lovely and helpful. Thankyou so much to all of you for making my experience the best it could be!

Facebookthe staff in the local Caister office are very freindly and helpful in finding me the perfect property for my costal bolt hole thier vewing staff are helpful and informative Lewis showed my husband and l around properties on 19th and 20th October he was a credit to the company he was informative about each property and ALL local aminaties in and around the area nothing was to much trouble we are new to the area Lewis was aware of of our wants and needs he gave us time and space he is a credid to the company

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, I have rented various properties over the last 10 years through multiple estate agents and never have I dealt with such an incapable team of people. Absolutely no regulatory responsibility, processes or complaints procedure. Looking to charge me £306 from my rental deposit for removing 6 screws, purchasing 3 rubber bathroom plugs, replacing a towel rail and removing rubbish that doesn’t exist in the property or on the checkout inventory. I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs!!

We started selling house with them as our purchase was through them which seemed a sensible route to take. Deciding to use Minors and Brady was the best decision I could have made. Stunning photos, amazing description and proactive marketing.
