We can’t thank the Minors & Brady team enough for their business-like and professional approach to selling our propertyIn particular, we would like to thank Rosie Turley for all her help advice and for keeping us up-to-date, during what has been quite a stressful and anxious time for usShe has always been polite and courteous throughout the whole process until contracts, finally exchanged.

Facebook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After our property was showing no movement on the property market for 5 months, we moved to Minors and Brady and our house sold within a month. Very impressed with the service they provide. The after sale care (from Sarah Short) was exceptional. Sarah was always available to answer any questions, relieve any worries and offered professional and honest advice and support. Sarah has made a very stressful process a lot more manageable, and I would say the after sale care from Minors and Brady is what makes them stand out against other estate agents. Would definitely recommend for a quick sale, and excellent after sale care.

FacebookWent on the market with a different agents but didn't get too far, Minors & Brady was recommended to us and they've been fantastic by proving such a high quality service from start to finish. We've been provided with excellent (and frequent) updates by Cass, whose professional yet friendly calls have helped reassure us throughout the entire process - I am very grateful for this as regular updates with someone knowledgeable about the process is exactly what I needed during a stressful time! Cannot recommend this company and their staff enough - great service :)

TrustpilotFriendly and helpful agent
James was very helpful showing us around the property and pointing important things out to us. It was nice to actually have someone show you around and talk to you as we have found a lot of agents just stand there and leave you to it these days.

FacebookThe purchase of our new home in Norfolk was dealt with by Sarah and she kept fully us updated throughout the whole process. It was always a pleasure to speak with Sarah on the phone, she was extremely patient, helpful and explained clearly and precisely the steps she was making on behalf for our property purchase. Buying a house is said to be a stressful experience fortunately thanks to Sarah it was far from it. Thank you Minors and Brady.

FacebookWe would definitely recommend Minors & Brady. We are currently in the final stages of selling our property with them and they have been so great with us from start to finish. Charlie G was so great getting our sale agreed and arranging a referral to solicitor. Emma Atkin was then fab handling our after-sales and always came back to us same day if we had a question. It’s a crazy world out there and they must be manic but service was still spot on. Thanks guys!

FacebookJust sold and brought a property through the Lowestoft branch. I had my home up with another agent for four months with no luck. within two weeks with M&B I had sold for a price I was very happy with, many thanks to Tamsin for getting me the best deal possible and to the team for quality photos and advertisement. Having also just brought a property through themselves for again, a good deal, thanks to Charlie. I'm very happy with the levels of service and quality of the advertisements and would certainly recommend to anyone that needs to buy or sell. Many thanks

Also thank you to Molly who supported us with our mortgage- keeping in regular contact and making sure we had everything we need! Emily is very professional, when we arrived at the house we purchased Emily was already there with the door open ready to met us. Emily gave us time to look around and ask any questions, she was knowledgeable about the property and happy to find out and answers that she may not know. Thanks Emily you are an asset to you company.
