Hannah was waiting at the door to the property and gave me and my wife a very professional and warm welcome. Invited us in and allowed us to walk round and answered questions fully and advised us what to do where she did not know the answer. Hannah gave us a full tour of the property and gave a very good commentary including pointing out how she loved the fact that all storage cupboards had a light in. My wife loved this fact.
