We were really disappointed with the office for not supplying Maddie with keys to the conservatory. We drove 3 hours for the viewing and could only see the conservatory from the outside.my husband had to remove a broken rotted door that was outside the back door as it was dangerous and couldn’t be passed and we wouldn’t of had to do this if keys had been available.

GoogleMaddie at Howard’s is just amazing! from the clients point of view it’s really hard to trust anything in the housing market and estate agents what with the constant movement. Maddie genuinely cares about the clients first and the clients needs rather than the sale which of course is paramount but Maddie has mad me feel that the children’s and myself has always prioritised before the pressure of must sell must sell. I feel that she actually cares for my complex situation and has taken the time to understand it which has made me on reflection feel valued and not just another client Maddie has to deal with. I have not needed to repeat the basics requirements nor explained myself either which hasn’t led me frustrated and emotional, Howard’s have been around since 1926 and nearly 100 years experience and passion shows greatly, good luck Maddie I wish you all the best as you are lovely polite well mannered and I’m sure you will be a manager before you know it. GoogleRecently had a valuation done at our property by Addison. He was polite, and open and honest in terms of the service that Howard's provides and what he could offer us on the property. Was very friendly, even with my little boy who was trying to be nosy and look through his satchel! Valuation and sales pitch were spot on, but we have decided to go with another firm as they can provide us a lower rate in terms of fees, which is why I have given 4/5 stars. I would definitely considering using them in the future if I wanted to change providers.
