GoogleWe used Lawlors to sell our house and were delighted by the service we received. Our move was a complex and difficult one with our buyer’s buyer pulling out at a late stage, risking the purchase of our bungalow. During this stressful time, Steve Gabbani of Lawlors was extremely reassuring and worked tirelessly to ensure that things progressed. He achieved the impossible by remarketing our buyer's property, organising an open day, identifying a suitable buyer, and moving along their sale to an exchange of contracts within six weeks. He always answered and returned calls and often called me at the weekend and late in the evening to let me know what was going on. I appreciated his quick communication and also his honesty and support when there was bad news. In the early days, when we first decided to put our house on the market, Lawlors came round to offer a valuation. We were extremely impressed by their market knowledge and the fact that they were not pushy and did not keep hassling us to sign up, unlike some of the other agents. I am delighted to say that we finally managed to exchange contracts and this is largely due to Steve’s hard work and persistence in liaising with and chasing all parties concerned and keeping this sale/purchase alive. Lawlors have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleAfter being relocated for work, I needed my property to be fully managed with a company that wouldn't add to any stress, and Anna at Lawlors has done just that. Throughout this process she's been incredibly attentive, personable and reachable. I genuinely could not recommend her, and by extension, Lawlors, enough. Within 1 week of the property being advertised on Lawlors website, there were circa 10 viewings, which later translated into 6 or so offers. After picking the desired tenants, Anna worked tirelessly to ensure all necessary checks were done, and passed minimal burden onto myself as the landlord; exactly what one would desire in a managed service!

GoogleMe and my partner were struggling to find a home and moving in together for the first time comes with a lot of stress. Or at least it was a lot of stress until Chelsie Cross came to help. Super professional, always on time with meetings and with emails, giving my partner and me no room for stress. In no time, we found ourselves with a home and everything was sorted. GoogleFrankie has been exceptionally helpful, with the right balance of professionalism and friendliness, in the sale of our property. There have been issues as we are overseas, and so have both time and distance constraints, and are unable to visit the property to take meter readings, etc., have an unusual house that didn't seem to appeal to many people, and lost our first buyer just before exchanging contracts, and in all cases, Frankie has stepped up to help without delay, and finally found another buyer who exchanged and completed quickly and without any issues. In addition, Tracy has always stepped in to help when Frankie was not able to/out of the office, so thank you to you both (& Lawlors)!

GoogleAvoid!!!!! We had our property completely trashed. The reports we had generated were not true to the extent of the damage we found after the tenant left in January this year. Now having to spend 5k on the property to bring it up to the same standard before we handed over to Lawlor's. Seriously disappointed and let down on all levels. In response to your comment what is the point? The damage has been done
I'm sorry this is how you see the matter, but having investigated this case, your review is rather unfair and would ask you to reconsider your statement as it is very misleading. Your mother had received rent for the duration of the tenancy and had been receiving interim inspection reports every 4 months that contained a detailed description accompanied with photos. The last inspection report was sent to both Lawlors and your mother back in September 2022 where there were no issues raised in the description or apparent in the pictures. Both Lawlors and your mother were aware of the unfortunate circumstances one of the tenants found themselves in towards the end of the tenancy and as a result your mother had agreed to let the only remaining tenant use their deposit monies to cover their last months rent (as there was no realistic alternative that would have resulted in your mother receiving the final month’s rent). Your mother had decided not to have a check out report carried out as there were no deposit monies on account (which is understandable) but issues found in the property after the tenant vacated are not the fault of Lawlors. It is quite normal for a property to look much worse when a tenant vacates a property as the furniture and décor can mask a number of issues. Whilst it was furnished, there was no reason to believe there were any major problems but as the furniture is removed, inevitably there will be some issues found. Under normal circumstances, these issues would have been deducted from the deposit but as we are all aware, the deposit had already been used as rent (as agreed with your mother/the landlord and the tenant). This is not a case where nightmare tenants have smashed the property to pieces, this is an unfortunate set of circumstances for both the tenant and your mother. We have assisted your mother with eviction of the tenant and believe that the result was reasonable as far as these cases go. We would welcome you or your mother to come into the office for a meeting with the lettings team to discuss the matter further.

However, I needn't have worried, as Milo and his team's professionalism meant that I didn't have anything to worry about. No matter how many times I visited Lawlors with questions, even if it was for advice on what I should buy after selling my property, they always had time for me. Tracy King, whose advice I highly valued, is a truly genuine person who wants only the best for her clients. Her knowledge and caring attitude can only be a bonus for any potential client. Selling my house turned out to be such a smooth process that I don't have any hesitation in recommending Lawlors as the ideal estate agent for anyone who is looking to sell their home.

GoogleI had my mums flat listed with another well known estate agents in Loughton who I can’t name but we’re worse than useless. I switched to Lawlors and the property sold quickly. Ross and Greg are superb and extremely professional. They keep in touch all the way through the sales process and are very personable so working with them is a pleasure. I can’t recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again in the future !
