GoogleI would not hesitate in recommending Your Move. Very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of selling a property. Got valuation spot on and through effective promotion achieved it. Once sale agreed worked tirelessly to chase all clients and their solicitors in the chain, to get sale through as soon as possible, and updated us on a regular basis. Many thanks to Andrea and Fiona.

GoogleSelling a house can be a stressful experience, throw in a global pandemic, the loss of three family members mid journey and yet Andrea and Laura have stuck with us, they found us viewings quickly, when our previous agent had done very little. GoogleI have been really impressed by all the staff in this branch. My purchase has had some ups and downs but Andrea and the team kept me well informed and ensured that we knew what to expect and what to do at each stage. When we come to sell I will defiantly be going to them.

GoogleStaff were friendly enough but screwed us over on moving day. Originally they had lost a form which was required for the contracts, then once that had been redone, it turns out not all the checks had been completed on the new house so we were forced to wait an extra day, causing us to have to rebook the removal company, book an extra day off work and causing problems with billing as all Bill's were arranged for the move day that was arranged. All of this could have been avoided if steps had been proactively taken rather than waiting till removal day to check everything was correctly done. On the second day there was yet more delays (bear in mind we are already 24hours late to move in at this point where they had written down my last name wrong on the contract (even though I had noticed this issue in person weeks earlier and corrected it then) and then once we finally signed and paid for it, they couldn't confirm we had paid as they were looking for the wrong reference number. On the plus point, the people here are lovely and nice, they just arent proactive and there were far too many errors made which were easily preventable and caused lots of undue stress on a day which is already stressful enough.

We need to ask to your movers learn new skills to answers to our demands and deal with international request. They do with smile and energise. They find us a great place to stay and help us to have good relations with our landlord. The landlord help us too, super friendly and helpful. GoogleAfter making the decision to sell our house we spoke to a few estate agents but after going into your move and speaking to Andrea we felt that she totally understood us and gave us the confidence to move forward with the sale from that moment on we have found Andrea and Fiona really helpful and they have always kept us updated and been on the other end of the phone when we have needed advice and reassurance especially when we lost the first property we loved and thought about giving up. GoogleWe were in a very desperate situation to find a new house and nothing was made easy. We paid a non-refundable deposit to secure a property after a viewing. They were quick to take it and insinuated it’d get us in the house. Then we were told in the coming days that we would need background checks and either guarantors or to pay 6 months up front if we wanted to actually move in. After taking the deposit. We scrambled to pay the 6 months and get in the property to not lose our deposit or remain without a house. We trusted the figure they gave us for the period and later found out we were paying £167 per week for a property which was listed online at £150-£155. There are no specific prices listed in the contract itself so we have nothing to argue, plus its already paid and done. I think I’ll go private in the future. It seems like less hassle and money.
