We consider ourselves very fortunate to have chosen the Loughborough office of Your Move to sell our house. Those in the Office have been very helpful and always kept us informed. The person with whom we primarily dealt was Andrea and she went way beyond what we expected to help us sell our property. She was always there to help with any problem that we had and the property sale was completed in good time. We have recommended Loughborough Your Move to at least three people who are thinking of putting their houses on the market. We would like to thank Your Move once more for all their help.

I switched to the YourMove Loughborough team after no positive interest after 8 weeks with another agent. Andrea and her team provided a excellent new marketing approach and I had a offer and buyer within 7 days. I have just completed the house sale and the service from the team has been first rate throughout. While I do not plan to move for a few years, I would go straight to YourMove again without the normal beauty parade of agents. Did I mention they were also the best value?

No4 Peel Drive, Loughborough is a 2 bedroom flat, that I own. The property was rented through Your move Loughborough back in December 2018. The tenant stop paying rent in March 2019. But Your Move Manager Andrea Parker did not give up. Andrea worked very professionally within the legal constraints and persuade the tenant to hand over the keys. The property was sublet by the original tenant. I got the keys back in June 2019. Without Andrea's guidance and hard work the situation would have been a lot more worse. Even after getting the keys back Andrea, Laura and other members of Your move Loughborough branch work really hard to find another tenant, nearly securing a deal with in 2-3 weeks. And this week the original tenant now back in the country walked in to Your Move branch, looking for a place to rent. Andrea did not ignore the hard time I did go through last year and explained to the tenant the importance of settling the outstanding rent. And today the tenant paid the outstanding rent in full. Andrea could have simply ignored the past and would help the tenant to find another place. And for Andrea to remember the loss I made and feel the pain I went through and recovering this outstanding balance is beyond belief. Andrea is such wonderful lady who would go out of her way to help the clients. I sincerely thank you Andrea and your staff. You restored my faith in Your move. Andrea, John and the team, went absolutely above and beyond to help everyone in the chain exchange and complete in time, within a tight deadline. Despite being the estate agent for the chain above they were always willing to help, even when our own estate agent was no where to be seen! If we ever move again (hopefully not for a long time!) we would, without a doubt, go with Your Move Loughborough.

Have used Your Move several times. Usually either Andrea or Laura handle my tenant find requests. They are both always very helpful. This time Laura was more actively involved and I was very grateful for the way she enabled me to get the relevant certificates I needed and the necessary actions taken. This was so important during Lockdown when I was unable to travel to check the property myself. Really appreciated her positivity.

Had a tough purchase with YourMove Loughborough as a few legal documents were not in order before the sale (nothing to do with YourMove, just one of those things). Between them, Laura, John and Andrea made everything go to plan despite everything being against them at times. Compared to the many other estate agents I work with, YourMove have been brilliant. Checking in almost weekly on myself/the transaction to see I there was anything they could accommodate, gave me extra viewings near completion so I could get my contractors ready and were always friendly/chatty on the phone. I would not hesitate to buy or sell a house with YourMove Loughborough. One of the best Estate Agents out there for sure. Big thanks to Laura, John and Andrea and all of their hard work.

It's no secret that selling a house can be one of 'Lifetimes' stressful events, so having someone to take the strain of dealing with potential buyers is a must.
