Williamhbrown St Albans - Whilst the support staff are polite and competent, I got the strong impression that management did not care whether they sold my property or not. No feedback, no evidence of what they were actually doing to sell my property, late notification of cancellations and repeatedly sending agents to conduct viewings who had no idea about the area or property particulars.

Tried to arrange a viewing through the loughborough branch. Emailed 3 times and via rightmoveI received 1 courtesy email. After that NOTHING.What a joke. If I wanted to sell a house these clowns would be the last agency id use. Poor communication to say the least. They clearly have a poor regard for potential buyers.

I do not advise anyone to use this company. Communication is appalling, they did not notify me of viewings or give me feedback. They told me there were no viewings and encouraged me to drop the price. I agreed to this and later found that there had been viewings. I didn’t feel they were working in my best interest and had nothing but problems with them from the onset.

An appalling service from the Coggeshall branch. Four extremely unsuitable viewings in four months. Rude, arrogant (one of them called my mother a parrot!) and plainly just after the money without having to do anything for it. Thankfully our contract ran out and we have now gone elsewhere, although I tried to complain to their head office and they were just as bad! To be avoided at all costs.

The WORST letting agents I have ever dealt with. Always having to chase things up with them to find out they haven’t done what they said they would. Left us without heating or hot water for 2 months!! Took months to get our deposit back and eventually had to go to the TDS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Disgraceful. Unprofessional. Incompetent. I made an enquiry relating to a house for sale, hoping for help and information. They lost my details and when I later called the office to enquire if they had carried out my request the person I spoke to was rude, arrogant and generally unhelpful. It also sounded as though a party was going on in the background. Never again!

Terrible experience with Ipswich branch. Terrible ethics. tie you into contract, incompetent sales team. Not to be trusted, story kept changing with a potential sale stringing me along for months. Told days away from completion again and again only for something else to magically come up eventually no sale. This crowd nearly broke me stay well clear is my advice.

Customer service the worst in absolute.The only thing they know well is to get money off you! 2 months in and still no access to electric meters.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This is a review of the Hoddesdon branch. This branch harrassed me daily to organise a viewing that I reluctantly agreed to attend only to find they couldn't offer the basic courtesy of turning up to show the property. The owner did not provide access leaving me stranded and suffering a 50 mile wasted journey.

If there were less than 1 I would give it.Put on market with them as wanted a property that they had. Took a week to get a viewing, took £135 for the deluxe package and nothing happened had to chase up photogrspher, etc, they are rude, unprofessional and I asked for a refund. No apology or could be bothered to ask why

Booked a week ago to value my House so today 45 minutes before the valuer was due to arrive ,we get a phone call saying he is running late can he come in the Evening,or any time apart from the time booked.One crap company and will never use them again .You dont do that to potential new business so annoyed for screwing up my day .

I had a property viewing with them today, after waiting for 15min no one showed up. After calling them I found out my appointment has been canceled by the agent. I have not received an email nor a phone call.I would not be conducting business with them anymore, this is not a way to do business.

GoogleTop quality estate agent. Although we failed in our bid to purchase a property with William., the professionalism all through the process was excellent. I would highly recommend buying or selling through William.; definitely a stand out estate agent in the Loughborough area.

Rentals at the Lincoln branch are dreadful, they’re hard to contact, messages are unanswered, viewing appointments missed, I was left out of viewings arranged despite registering an interest. Bad for renters, terrible for landlords who are potentially missing out on prospective tenants and earnings as their property is left empty.

I'm trying to buy a property and those greedy Agents wont let me view property because I'm not using they mortgage advisors. I've contacted them about numerous properties but they even wont return emails or calls as they already know I don't want to use their dodgy advisors with elevated fees, disgrace where is free market!!!!!

In a recent purchase the Attleborough Team, in particular, Graham has gone above and beyond any of my expectations of the Sellers Estate Agent, they have known what was happening in the Chain, they have always been available to take calls, they have been solution-focused, helpful, friendly and supportive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would give them zero if I could. Terrible letting agency, poorest that I've ever dealt with. They ignore communications, lie, over charge and do not pass communications to landlord. They avoid doing any work on maintenance. Just a lot of grief. I never want to rent again after this! Harrogate branch - managed by sequence who are even more rubbish

After organizing a viewing for two properties without much hassle, the follow up was non-existent. As a student, sorting housing out for the next year can be a stressful time. After liking one of the properties and emailing them to express our interest, no reply was received. Then after emailing them for a second time, still no reply has been received.Utterly useless!

They don't take properties which have been sold off the market so it's misleading and make you lose time! Unprofessional. Additionally, they don't follow requests about the way to contact you. I prefer to be contacted via email or message as I work nights, but they still will be giving you a call...

Tried 4 times to arrange a viewing of a property with the Lincoln office through Rightmove, direct email and telephone calls. The guy who took my calls assured me that the negotiator would ring me back - they never did, so I never viewed. If I was selling a house with these clowns I'd be very concerned.
