Trustpilot.Should have no stars
.Should have no stars! No communication and young inexperienced staff.Luckily We agreed only 3 months contract.We were taken onto their books with a wave of false promises yes we have loads of applicants for your house,it will sell at that price etc.We were conned into going for one of their corporate online extra pro packages which is their way of getting £130 upfront so when they dont sell your house (which they probably won't) they get to keep the money.This entailed a supposed professional photographer, anyone could take better photos with a phone!.As a business they use the splatter gun approach where you take on so many properties that percentages dictate you must sell some and the rest of your vendors will inevitably fall by the wayside.I feel I have wasted 3 months of potential selling time by entrusting my house to amateurs to sell, DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutely worst estate agents you could go for.. they will lie that their service is all in just so that you find out all along that they are adding extra charges for everything. Our correct contract wasn't sent to us to sign until the day our tenant was moving in, refused to provide us contact details for tenant, didn't pay us still 3 weeks after the tenant moved in... Contacted via rightmove asked them to email me, they phoned. Phoned back to get more info on a property, they didn't know hardly anything about it, only a stock outside photo on rightmove. Asked them to send more info to me they didn't. I chased again asked for a potential viewing and told sales would get back to me, nothing. Do they not actually want to sell properties? I feel sorry for anyone that uses this company to try and sell a property.

Contacted these agents {gt yarmouth office} online for details of a property, never got a reply so rung them to ask again for info on this property.Turns out that i knew more than these so could agent about it, loads of just incorrect info, even told me that this property was not online so how the hell did i find it.Then told me that they will contact me with more details they still have not done this.If it was me paying for this rubbish service i would be totally enragedHow the hell can they do any business at all, do they ever sell any property i cant see how.

What a circus this is & plenty of clowns work there but they are all about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.They are quick to take your money but in no hurry to give it back & it took them a month & a half to get my deposit back to me & would have taken longer if i hadn't put a dispute in with the Tenancy deposit scheme.Repairs are as slow as the brains of the people that work there is no urgency & the majority of the time they just ignore your emails in the hope you'll go away, so unprofessional this lot.As long as i am living & breathing on this planet i will never have anything to do with this useless companyMy advice is to avoid at all costs & go elsewhere....

Really poor company. 20 week contract and no viewings. But worst of all not one phone call during the 20 weeks. Absolutely disgusted with them. Overvalued the property just to get the business. My cat is more proactive than them. I sincerely recommend you don't use this company which is part of the sequence group. However connells which is also part of the same group couldn't be better. WHB. couldn't give a flying fig about their customers.

You will find out that this agency has a bad habit of missing to advertise the surface of the properties that they are selling. While this information can be found on the EPC certificate they manage to include only the graph part of it, so you will no be able to find it. When asked about the agents do say that they do not know it, assuming that your are stupid and not knowing that this information is always on the EPC certificate. Hiding information about the property seems to be part of their day to day job.

My story actually happened nearly a year ago but I think its worth a read. In 2014, my partner and I decided to rent an apartment through WHB. We viewed the apartment (priced at £525 a month) and were happy with its condition. We told WHB we would take the apartment and just under a week later went in to their office (leicester) to sign for the property. No sooner had our pens left the paper, the sales advisor said 'has the landlord told you about the leak?' We didn't know what she meant but it turns out that there had been a water leak from an upstairs property into our flat on the ceiling. What was funny, was that we later learned the landlord was not allowed our contact details, so I have no idea why they'd asked if the landlord had told us anything as he wasn't legally allowed to! Anyway, they informed us the leak was 'a small brown stain on the ceiling' so we said as long as it was patched up promptly we didn't mind. To cut a long story short, when arriving in the property we found there to be thick black mould everywhere! Something which obviously had been much worse than we were told. To add insult to injury, we were told the inventory had not came through yet (which ironically contained pictures of this mess) so we didn't get any inkling of the damage until we saw it for ourselves. WHB were extremely unhelpful, making us feel 'annoying' for ringing up to complain and the work was eventually sorted ourselves. At the end of our tenancy our problems were not over when we did not receive our deposit back for three months. Numerous calls were made to WHB and I was hung up on twice when asking where our £700 was. We finally got £650 back after having to give them £50 to clean the carpets which we'd already paid to clean. Awful company, complete bandits.

Never did. - Did not research the vendors properly, meaning we spent £1500 for no reason. - No communication. - Often gave erroneous excuses for things that were not ever plausible. - Spoke with management team who ignored my e-mails. With the number of estate agents on offer, I would strongly advise going elsewhere.

This company is being seriously damaged by a deceptive head office department which masks their phone calls with a randomly generated local phone number so you pick up the phone. They are verging on pushy and do not encourage business in any shape or form. It is so unfortunate especially as the local team are so very helpful and more than capable of managing their business. Immensely helpful staff in Watton, Thetford.. I was selling a relative’s house that was over 5 hours’ drive from where I live. They visited the property, which was vacant, to turn on the heating when the weather was cold, helped me to find a reputable company to do some repairs and clear the house, and liaised with the solicitors directly when a I was unable to do so. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Tried to rush things through at the end before things were ready as clearly wanted their commission, seemed to make things up, tried to force a mortgage appointment upon us when we said we were sorted to the point they booked us in after we had said no many times and despite numerous times politely asking never came and collected our sold sign after moving in. Recommend going with smaller more genuine companies.
