Tried 4 times to arrange a viewing of a property with the Lincoln office through Rightmove, direct email and telephone calls. The guy who took my calls assured me that the negotiator would ring me back - they never did, so I never viewed. If I was selling a house with these clowns I'd be very concerned.

The worst estate agent company ever. I dealt with a Jerome in Barking and not only was he rude and aggressive he was completely useless! Didnt tell us of a number of offers and was impossible to get hold of. He lied and was appalling throughout. Would never use again.

Letting team at Norwich Bank Plain Kane, John et alVery pleased with the service I received. A tenant was found very quickly and communications were excellent. This was in stark contrast to other letting agents I have dealt with in the past. I was kept well informed by their trainee Kane. I wish him every success with his chose career.

After finding a property with them I was told about the fees but when I paid them and wanted to pay the deposit and first moth's rent I was told there was another fee bringing it to £650. What is more they sold my personal data to Spark Energy and changed my energy supplier to Spark energy without mine or my landlord's consent.

Poor service at Fakenham. Took house of market mistakenly. Our buyer only got it by insisting they contact me.Pressured to accept a risky bid.Once under offer, no contact. They never bothered to chase and update etc. I had to chase them. Very poor.I would not use again.

Very unprofessional agent. Initially mentioned to me that a viewing needs to be rescheduled as the tenant wasn’t home, rescheduled to the next day. Next day she does not answer calls and when I reach the location I find no one is available. The following day the house is listed as Let agreed. Waste of time dealing with an agency like this.

My 81 year old mother wants to move closer to me due to covid . Sold her property and put in a offer and telephone call to confirm offer was accepted took all information and no letter arrived. Dereham branch manager they have all lied . It a shame they didn’t realise it affect people’s lives !!

Great Yarmouth We rented. Our house had damp, water coming through the ceiling and they didn’t give a toss. Once they’ve taken their money you no longer exist. A damp house, hole in roof and didn’t want to know. Rude, don’t get back to you, basically a very costly estate agent who only want to know you until they’ve received your money. Avoid.

I had a viewing booked for a property. I was the first person looking to view the property. They then called me up a day after and told me I could not view the property due to someone having corona virus however within a few days of them cancelling the viewing the house is suddenly sold.

Would not recommend the Brentwood branch to anyone. Poor service, poor communication, just rubbish all round really. Great sales pitch to get the property then just excuse after excuse as to why things weren’t being done properly or updated, constantly needed following up and chasing. 20 weeks is a long time to be tied into a rubbish service - don’t sign do it!

Do not use this estate agent unless you thrive on stress, enjoy being lied to and can wait for months to move house. They are incompetent and inefficient and so are their dedicated conveyancing companies. When looking for an estate agent go by recommendations, there are good ones out there you just have to be patient and take the time to find them.

Absolutely shocking! We rent from them, their fees are ridiculously high and they charge £114 to renew a tenancy. They never respond to emails and they owe us a refund due to the regulations changing about deposits, surprise surprise we are yet to see this! Will never rent or buy from them again when our tenancy ends (Norwich branch)

Awful from the start! Shocking Communication, terrible attitude towards customers and tried to over charge us. We even had to contact directors as the branch was not communicating. A regional manager called and said they would email to confirm they would carry out what they promised. The email was not forthcoming and then we could not contact this person again. AVOID!

Ignored my enquires, never called back when I was assured they would. Also led round houses and applied for said houses only to find that they’d already been let when I came to paying the holding deposit. Constantly disappointed with their lack of communication and clarity. Their only success was leading on stressed out students.

Using high pressure sales tactics to sell property,speak to a sales advisor asking how much the morgage is as part of a question & answer process.Then after a few weeks of property being listed constantly asking to lower price coming out with all sorts of pure BS to why you should,not suprisingly to get the 2+% comission only my opinion obviously.

I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews. Absolutely terrible service. They are so unhelpful and will only speak to you when they are chasing your money. Completely incompetent and condescending, patronising staff. Despite their multiple mistakes, instead of owning up and apologizing, they try to shift the blame to you. Extortionate fees for unreliable and terrible service. AVOID.

I contacted them to arrange an evaluation as we’re selling a house in Leeds. Was told the relevant agents were busy on another call but would ring me back. Gave both my mobile and email and never heard a peep from them. No excuse for such poor customer service.
