GoogleIt's been two weeks since I moved in and the fridge still doesn't work, the Wi-Fi still doesn't work, some of the door locks still don't work, my roommate and I have spoken to the loc8me office every day and still no one has come to fix it, I would highly recommend anyone not to choose this company!

We posted a previous review on this company describing their faults and the poor service we had throughout our tenancy, and while the issues did occur, Lauren & Ashley from the Manchester team visited us to discuss our problems. They offered a profuse apology & have since resolved the maintenance issues we had expressed. Although this doesn’t negate the issues we had with the company and the house, we were glad to receive a proactive approach to our complaints

When i came to visit the house we had a lovely lady assisting us called freya, she made the process so much easier quicker very understanding she answered many of our questions and explained the process clearly and we had such a great experience with her.

The absolute worst. One example of many being that they painted (badly) some of the walls, then took money off our deposit for their being paint on the floor. Have heard nothing but bad things about this company, please do use someone else.

Google5 stars just for the maintenance guy! Peter fixed the ceiling in my bathroom and the tap quickly and efficiently. He was very considerate and friendly, and he cleaned everything up afterwards. Thank you!

GoogleI am living at one of Loc8me properties in Loughborough and throughout my tenancy I was able to sort out my issues pretty quickly and thanks to my property manager who always replied quickly to all my questions for continuing the tenancy or reporting any maintenance issues, I never faced any unnecessary disruptions to my studies. Even though I had to return home for the time University remains closed due to the Covid-19, people at Loc8me have helped me out a lot by staying touch during this tough time for any issues I might be facing regarding my flat, and even providing an option to get my place cleaned since it would be left unoccupied for about 4 months. They also help a lot with getting tickets to events that form a major part of the University experience. I would definitely recommend Loc8me to everyone!

GoogleI have recently decided to let through loc8me in Loughborough due to their excellent customer service when dealing with me. I enquired about a couple of houses/flats and swiftly enough I was taken to view these properties. The letting agent (Alec) was very professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout. As well as this, he was very knowledgeable when talking about the properties and was able to give an answer to any queries diligently. It was because of this experience with Alec and loc8me, that I decided to choose them as my letting agent. I would recommend loc8me for anyone looking for housing in Loughborough.

GoogleI did not have a good experience with this company. During the covid-19 outbreak they have failed to give me any support. I understand it is rough patch for everyone, but considering I am a student there was NO discount or regard to my situation. Of course, I have had to come back home for self isolation, so the house is empty. Furthermore, there were some maintenance issues which took very long to be sorted out or sometimes even ignored. At one point my baby mother had to call the electrician.

GoogleLoc8me have always been great throughout my time at university. I've only ever heard good things from my friends too. The way the office is set up is fantastic, split up with property managers and letting agents. From my first experience with them until now it has been smooth sailing and everyone has been so so helpful with everything from signing the contract to dealing with maintenance issues that can arise in any house. I would recommend loc8me to anybody in Loughborough looking for accommodation, either student or locals. The best agency by far and would give them more than 5 stars if i could.
