I am a professional landlord with multiple properties. I have dealt with numerous estate agents over the past 10 years and I have found it incredibly challenging to find anyone good. So many agencies with poor service. Emma Flowers in Haart is the best I have dealt with and I would highly recommend her. She is proactive and trustworthy. 5 Stars.

As new landlords and not knowing the process haart were recommended to us by a friend we need not have worried as Emma and Will talked us through and explained everything putting us at ease and making the process simple. Haart was a good experience for us. Everything from the viewing to the property maintainance has been very smooth for us. They are very helpful in the sorting out the smallest of issues happening in the property. Rami in particular had been really a sport. I highly recommend haart for property rentals.

Discusting service, the initial sales experience was good but as soon as your in the property they are ignorent, unhelpful and just plain rude i was without heating in my home for weeks it didnt seem to phase the property managment team. All round bad experiance AVOID at all cost.

I started with Haart lettings back in July 2016! From the time I expressed interest in the property I wanted to rent out, they have been nothing but helpful kind and eager to assist! The one thing I was nervous about was me going abroad and having miscommunications regarding my rental and a lack of contact from them. But as YOU will soon learn when you start using haart lettings, it just doesn't exist! Even whilst abroad they keep in touch with you, keep you updated even if it's just to say "don't worry everything is fine here". They go above and beyond the call of a lettings agent which is why I was so impressed. But what really blew my mind, is when I actually arrived in Loughborough. It was my first time, I was lost and worried particularly about moving and payment. Haart was in constant communication, always there if I had any questions and very timely with every single query. Even my payment which was a problem, they sorted out within a few hours. In fact, I was due to move in 2 days after the previous tenant and they kindly took the effort to do the inventory make sure everything is fine and that both I and the landlord were happy with it all. At the end Joe Parker (very handsome and charming person) even gave me a box of sweets as a present from Haart Lettings. They made everything so comfortable for me. William Allsopp (a sweet young lad) even helped me with my bags and personally dropped me to my new apartment. I never entered alone and I entered very happy. My mom and dad weren't there to help me this time and Haart was there like I was a part of the family. It's one of the best experiences Ive had with a lettings agent hopefully you'll like them too! And when you move in you could always ask Joe for a box of chocolates!

I had a few issues with the service, one of which is that we have been waiting nearly 2 weeks to get our deposit back from a property we rented and the second is a total and utter lack of communication. When we moved in there was no inventory completed and at the time of moving out the land lord caused countless problems. I can not say that my experience is a reflection of their service overall, but just please be aware you will have to chase for anything you want doing in a reasonable amount of time.
