GoogleWithout hesitation I am extremely happy to write this review about the staff at Heart Estate Agents in Loughborough specifically Emma and Will. I asked Will to value my property for rental purposes even though the update of the property had not been completed. He advised to advertise it and immediately contacted potential tenants. Will took over the viewings and acted extremely professionally, friendly and supportive always happy to offer professional advise. A tenant was found but the property update had not been completed. However their help did not stop in finding a tenant but in arranging contractors to complete the work, meeting them and basically taking over the management of the update - a free project manager for me. They came to the carpet shop and gave their opinions on colour choices in rental properties, organised cleaners etc They were so friendly, professional and responsive that it gives me great delight to recommend this company, Emma the manager and Will to anyone. Through the process, I feel they were not only more than an estate agent, but colleagues and now friends.

Rami, who is the letting agent; was so kind with us. He was always sharp on time, friendly and pacient!
He was absolutely professional in explaining the renting and contract details for us, and we felt free to enquire about any issue.
The renting process has proceeded smoothly due to the fast and efficient communications either by email or in person.
