I have to say these are the worst people to rent off. They left us in a house full of mould from damp and had the nerve to put it down to is breathing. We were told we had to have the windows constantly on vent and then have the heating on to counteract the cold air coming in over Winter while we had a child around the age of 1 in the house. We were told they would arrange all repairs but we ended up being sent the contractors number because they couldn't be bothered and even tried to say they didn't manage the property but the landlord wanted nothing to do with tenants. We raised a complaint about a member of staff who was then told we made a complaint but we heard nothing else on the back of it. We were promised repairs would be done on sign but then they were "forgotten" about and never done up to the time of moving out of this property. Make a great first impression however the aftercare for rentals leads a lot to be desired for tenants

I have dealt with HOLDENS as a landlord for many years. The professional service Tracy has given as our letting agent is fantastic! Tracy goes above and beyond her role to ensure that firstly and most importantly in my opinion that the tenants are happy, whilst maintaining a happy balance with me as a landlord. We have never had any issues with any of our tenants as Tracy carries out thorough checks prior to letting any properties. We have also purchased and sold properties through HOLDENS. The sales team are great. They have sold 4 of our properties just this year alone! Amazing service. We had to move due to change in our previous landlords circumstances and really struggled to find anywhere as we have 2 cars and a dog. We came across our current home with Holdens and I must say Tracy has acted prompt with every process since we enquired. The day after viewing the property, Tracy came to meet our dog on behalf of the landlord to ensure he was suitable. That afternoon we had paid our application fees and had the form to fill out (very easy process - compared other letting agents). We noticed after moving in our toilet had become extremely noisy (and was progressively getting worse). I emailed Tracy and that day she personally came round to check out the issue and had a plumber contact me. I've never had that before with any other letting agent. Iain did a fab job of fixing the issue and even spotted another small issue which he contacted Tracy for authorization and fixed on the spot. Prompt, organised and professional from the minute you contact them. Thanks Holdens.

We had a viewing at a time which suited us and the gentleman who did the house tour was great. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge. As we have had a bad experience with a different agency before, myself and my friend was highly worried and anxious about putting our faith into another agency. Once we accepted the property we met a lovely lady called Tracy who was soo welcoming, friendly, and made us feel very relaxed. She has been such a joy to speak too and seems like she goes out of her way to ensure all her tenants are OK and there is never a dull conversation. She is always happy to help. We haven't been with the agency long, and are still settling into our home, but I feel 100% happy and reassured. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Tracy and she is a full credit to the company. I recently moved into a house rented through Holdens Estate Agent. The customer service was second to none and I was supported all the way through the process, by a fantastic team. Tracie in particular was a massive help and was only ever a phone call or email away and nothing was too much trouble.. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is buying, selling or renting, as it is rare to come across a company who care so much about their clients.

I decided to first approach Holdens Est Agents, because I liked the fact that they were a small company Their offices looked very very professional and appealing. From when I first stepped inside their office at Lostock Hall . I received a very reassuring welcome and they made me feel very at ease and I immediately knew I could trust them. I knew that they would work really hard on my behalf. The photographs of my home were done to a very very high standard and created a lot of interest on Rightmove and many other sites. Holdens sent me lots of viewers over the months my property was for sale and each time everything was handled very very professionally . Upon the sale of my home the team worked together very very well and were a tremendouse help in negotiating with other professional bodies that dealt with the progression of the sale. I would have no hesitation at all about recommending Holdens Est agents to any one wishing to sell a property. The whole team worked very hard on my behalf to successfully sell my property and purchase my new home. This is why I would recommed they get a 5 star rating

Holdens are a fantastic estate agents! My estate agent (Tracy Dilworth) was professional, knowledgeable and could not do enough for me. To show you the kind of service you get, I called back after no contact between us for over 18 months and asked for Tracy who, when I gave her my name said 'yes, you rented [my address] last year, how are you?'. I cannot praise them enough, you are honestly in very good hands with them!

AVOID!!! BE VERY AWARE,NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! We are a small family letting company and they wouldn't give us any off our tenancy agreements and sent all the deposits back to our tennetts even tho we had already paid for there service to deposit these correctly.They purposely went above and beyond to make our life's difficult,and lied on many occasions.TAKE OUR ADVICE AND AVOID THE UPSET AND HASSLE THESE ROGUES CAN CAUSE.....
