I rented through Holden's for the last 18months and found them to be professional, prompt, friendly and ammenable. Any reported issues were taken seriously and dealt with quickly. Every interaction from the initial phone call when I was looking for suitable properties to my end of tenancy inspection and post tenancy interactions have been nothing short of friendly, professional, easy and organised. I have found all the staff to be dedicated, reliable and patient which in an estate agents is rare. The attention to detail that Tracy and the team have is impressive and their genuine care for the property, tenants and landlord is something I have never before experienced in the rented sector. Having privately rented for 10 years in over 7 properties I can honestly say Holden's have been the absolute best estate agents I have ever dealt with. If I ever returned to the area I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Tracy and the team at Holdens are fantastic. After renting a house from them over two years ago I can honestly say that they are exactly what an estate agent should be. They are professional at all times, work to resolve any issues in a timely manner, and always work to ensure tenants and landlords interests are always looked after. I cannot fault your ethics at Hopden's and thank you for setting the bar so high that other agents just pale in comparison.

Tracy Dilworth is one of the most helpful, friendly professional person I've yet to deal with, we had to go into rented accommodation due to our house flooding, from start to end she was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the owner of the estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble from dealing with our insurance company who were hard work to attempting to rectify problems with the property usually after hours this lady never stops working. thanks for everything Laura whitehead x

After a very disappointing experience with another agency i put my mother’s property in the very capable hands of Holdens. It sold within 4 days. I cannot praise them enough for their friendly but extremely professional manner. Every member of staff is knowledgeable and polite and everything was fully explained. Any time I needed to contact them there was always a prompt response. Holdens came recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself. I will certainly use their services again should the occasion arise.

They wanted to check my credit score before they would show me any property to rent, i was told '' to check credit score so we don't waste time''. i have seen properties with other agencies and none of them asked me to check credit score before they show me the property. Response: Surely all agents/landlords do referencing check( normal practice), but I was told by your agent to let them know of my credit score in order for me to view the property, I was told '' so not to waste time''. your agency actually asked credit score even before the referencing process started.

I had had a terrible service from a larger estate agent after they centralised. I decided to look for a local agent that was a small concern that could give me a better, more personal service and was local. Holden's was recommended by a friend who bought and now rents out a property so I decided to give them ago. I have not been disappointed. I had just bought a new build to rent out and Holden's managed everything with respect to the marketing of my property. They found me a tenant within a couple of weeks. I was particularly impressed with the inventory which was detailed, including referenced photographs, and far in advance of anything generated by other agents. I dealt mainly with Jo and she responded very quickly to my emails. Even when she was off, other agents responded quickly and knew exactly where we were up to. I am very impressed with the service so far. In fact I am so impressed that I am now going to ask them to manage my other rental property. I would recommend anyone to give them a try.
