I went to Dan Thomas after a poor experience with another Estate Agent. Dan Thomas & Co were recommended to me and I'm so glad I went with them. Dan isn't a pushy sales person but someone who gives you the facts about your property and doesn't tie you in to a long contract. That says a lot in that they have the incentive to sell your house. Within a week of my house going on the market I had 2 offers. Lorraine was my main liaison and she was very professional, quick to respond, and pushed to get answers and queries resolved. I believe my buyers even struck a good relationship with her. Thank you Lorraine! The whole team are on hand to keep you updated as well, thank you. Dan Thomas excel at communicating, which is key as buying and selling a house can be stressful. Well done to the whole team. I will definitely recommend you. I completed the sale in the timeframe I wanted.

We recently viewed a few properties with Lorraine Cooper, and after seeing places with several different agents, I can honestly say no one has been as good as her. She has the perfect balance, friendly and chatty without being pushy, and she always gives us the space we need to look around and talk things through. I also really appreciate how organised she is. She always sends clear reminders and messages with the exact address and all the details, so we never have to dig through a million emails to find anything. It makes the whole process so much easier. Lorraine is truly amazing, an absolute star!

Great Communication

I had a really positive experience selling my property with Dan Thomas & Co. The property marketing strategy was well put together. The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. This review is somewhat unusual in that I did not instruct Dan Thomas, my sellers did, but I felt compelled to write a review to let people know how great they are. Dan is very honest, respectful and fair in his dealings. He was very helpful and helped resolved any issues along the way (some were substantial). He always got back to me immediately and I was not even his client. Anyone thinking about instructing Dan Thomas should do so without hesitation, he will do a fantastic job for you. His team were also lovely and when I collected the keys gave us a bottle of bubbly and flowers (again we were not even his clients!) The biggest praise I can give is I am sure the transaction would not have completed without Dan being involved. There is no better agent in the area and they can be trusted to deliver.

Dan Thomas & Co, have been fantastic! When we were looking around for estate agents we always check the reviews and saw that theirs were really good. We were not dissapointed! One thing that's important for me is communication and they kept us informed every step of the way and worked really hard liaising with everyone in the chain. We had a few hiccups along the way with the chain, but Lorraine & Sharon pulled out all of the stops to keep us informed with very good advice and knowledge as well. It doesn't usually feel like you get value for money when moving but with this move I actually feel that we've had really good value for our money!

What can we say…

What can we say… 7 months in and we finally have our keys to our beautiful new home!
