I can't praise Whittley Parish estate agents in Diss highly enough! they are brilliant. Not only did they give fabulous service to their vendor, they also helped us the buyers and kept us upto date with progression of our move, to also include the rest of the our chain and the various other estate agents involved on a weekly basis. Fabulous customer service, respectful, to all parties involved with any issues delt with promptly. We would without doubt use them again if required, and we have already recommended them to my brother in law and his wife,who are also looking to move to the area we are moving too in Norfolk. Fantastic company 5 star estate agent !!!

GoogleHaving sold with the long Stratton branch recently I can't recommend them highly enough. Liam the manager can't do enough for you and Rachel and Lene couldn't be any nicer if they tried. Nothing is too much hassle. I really enjoyed the how the team always knew exactly who I was and how the progress was going as soon as they answered the phone. Definitely use whittley Parish!!!

A Agency that very much fails to respond to .E mail Telephone messages After they cancelled a viewing last minute they have not responded to e mails etc Messages left for owner and 2 mails to him have gone unanswered .Yet they state they pride themselves on customer service.

WP were recommended to me by a family friend who was a retired Estate Agent. Having worked with them on a number of occasions she thought I would not only get a good service but a more personalised one.I received an excellent service. They were professional, diligent, extremely efficient & went above & beyond. I can't recommend them enough. I was regularly updated & kept informed & I cannot fault them. Our Sales Progressor Sonia worked really hard to make sure our sale went through smoothly. Unfortunately, things fell through with our 1st buyer due to unforeseen circumstances. Another buyer was found very quickly & the whole process began again. Anytime there was a slight problem or delay Sonia chased it up & resolved it making sure I was kept informed. She was caring, friendly, super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I really felt I was in expert hands.I would most certainly return to Whittley Parish & indeed would not consider using anyone else.

Having seen one particular Agents’ sign around the Diss area, when it came to selling, I plumbed for using Whittle Parish and I’m so glad I did! Getting & accepting an offer is just the start of the selling journey, when Sonia took over the management of our sale the hard work really started. From the beginning she reassured me of the process & has kept me informed every step of the way. Always in touch with updates when she said she would be, explaining the tricky, complicated aspects of the sales process & being persistent in her approach to get answers, skilfully keeping the process on course. When it came to the last stages I struggled to get removals for the completion date, she even went the extra mile, giving me her own personal removal slot with a trusted local firm & opting for another date herself so that I could get moving! Outstanding care, genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. In a word she’s amazing! A true asset to the team at Whittley Parish.
