YellEfficient and prompt
we have dealt with the staff at Diss on more than one occasion now and they have always been kind, courteous and efficient, updating us regularly, and demonstrating their considerable experience, even in the shadow of Covid, when it makes everything so much more difficult. Would highly recommend ,and many thanks to all for their help.

FacebookWe bought our house through the Long Stratton branch. All the staff were always very obliging and helpful. They were always checking in with us to make sure we were happy with progress of the sale. They regularly recommended other properties that matched our requirements. They made the whole process run smoothly and would recommend this branch to anyone selling and buying.

Calm, understanding, patience, good communication, enthusiasm, going the extra mile, knowing the seller, and knowing what I needed as well. Whittley Parish did all that and more for me - Sonia as my principal contact, and everyone else in the office as well.
