YellGreat service
Whittley Parish did exactly what they said they would. My property was under probate which made things a little tricky while we were waiting for the certificate but the amazing Sonia was there to help and advise at every step of the way. She explained what the process involved and was there for my questions throughout until we completed. She is an absolute superstar.

GoogleI would like to say a huge Thank you to the team at Whittley Parish Stratton, In particular Rachel, who has gone above and beyond. It’s always more challenging as buyers from out of the area, however, this process has been made so much easier with the help & guidance from the team here. Nothing is too much trouble.

YellA very professional company
Right through an emotional sale of a very much loved property the team has dealt with us in a very professional and understanding manner. They have dealt with everything promptly and always listened and responded to all questions or enquiries. I would particularly recommend Sonia for a very human touch at the end of a phone. Thank you very much.

Sonia is a massive credit to Whittley Parish!! Her friendly yet professional manner is exactly what is needed when trying to buy a house. TrustpilotNo thank you
I rented a property through Whittley Parish in Diss and I will not and never rent/buy/sell through them. The landlord of the property I rented, breached the Tenancy Agreement in one instant and attempted to breach it in others, no action was taken by Whittley Parish, whether to advise the Landlord of their actions or give me advice, other than "Thank you for making us aware of the situation. We hope that this comes to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties." The local Council Enforcement Team ended up getting involved to get the issue rectified. I have email evidence of this. Whittley Parish in Diss continue to be the Agent for that Landlord as of this post.

GoogleWhittley Parish are by far the best Estate Agent that I've encountered during my property purchases and sales in the last 25 years. I first met Hilary Whittley and Kevin Parish 15 years ago and they immediately surprised me with their broad knowledge of the local market, matter-of-fact honesty and total lack of 'salesmanship'. Thankfully, their professionalism and integrity continues to be championed by their employees since the business has expanded and it continues to be a pleasure to deal with Whittley Parish.

YellThank you
Just completed on our purchase special thanks to Sonia who kept us well informed throughout the process, she was a life saver in a pretty horrific time to be purchasing but kept me sane and was always on hand to chase solicitors and coach me through the tough times :)
