I can't fault them. Laura at the Long Eaton branch has been super helpful through my search and called me about properties that might be of interest. Currently in the process of buying a house which Laura had phoned me to tell me was on the market (which was also the first house I'd really liked whilst searching, but was SSTC) Everyone I've encountered from HoldenCopley has been really nice to deal with. They were strongly recommended by a colleague and I see why.

Selling our house after 37 years and making a long distance move I thought would be stressful. Holden Copley had recently expanded their services to Long Eaton so I called them. From the very first phone call to the valuation, photography, arranging and conducting viewings ,they were brilliant. Everything is so organised, and confirmation texts emails and reminders ensure you know exactly what the situation is, along with informative feedback. We had a large volume of viewings and our house quickly sold and the process is moving along nicely. I have not dealt with an estate agent since 1984, but I can honestly say Holden Copley are one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you to all the staff who have been involved in our sale, and a special thanks to super Samantha sales manager who has been brilliant.

Holden Copley Long Eaton team have been brilliant in my experience. - From organising viewings - I didn't have to keep repeating myself. They always had my details on file and understood what I was looking for. Holden Copley did not send properties for the sake of sending properties. - Viewings - whilst back to back viewings are unavoidable, Holden Copley team always gave me enough time to view and ask questions without feeling pressured to leave for the next appointment. - Communication - very clear, timely and professional. Professionalism with a human touch. Every single encounter was extremely pleasant. Caroline and Samantha exemplify great service. - The process is stressful enough and with more buyers, than sellers, the team at Holden Copley have systems that allow you to track where you are and keep to deadlines. This was always reassuring to know that there wasn't eternal waiting on offers. I cannot recommend Holden Copley Long Eaton - Caroline and Samantha especially - enough.

Really disappointing experience. Joe (Long Eaton) gives an excellent sales pitch but failed to deliver on any of his promises. People in the office showed no common sense when arranging viewing times and how this might be done in a time efficient manner. We ended up doing most of our viewings due to a combination of them ‘not being available’ and the poor quality of the person they did occasionally provide. Despite setting out clear expectations of information we would like conveyed to prospective buyers, the agent who did do some viewings demonstrated he knew none of this and ‘the house would just sell itself’ Despite repeated promises that Joe would be taking over the viewings, we think in the end he only did one. Furthermore, we had an agent who failed to turned up at all for one viewing they had agreed to do and when questioned as to the feedback, lied to our faces. We have it on security camera that the potential buyers were left waiting outside our house for over half an hour with no agent before they gave up. We were told they had simply decided not to view the property, without mentioning the agent hadn’t turned up. We asked Joe to look into this, he never bothered to get back to us about it. Whilst we felt it needed pushing much earlier, Lianna put in some hard work in the final weeks of the transaction when the solicitors were being difficult Would not use again.
