Really disappointing experience. Joe (Long Eaton) gives an excellent sales pitch but failed to deliver on any of his promises. People in the office showed no common sense when arranging viewing times and how this might be done in a time efficient manner. We ended up doing most of our viewings due to a combination of them ‘not being available’ and the poor quality of the person they did occasionally provide. Despite setting out clear expectations of information we would like conveyed to prospective buyers, the agent who did do some viewings demonstrated he knew none of this and ‘the house would just sell itself’ Despite repeated promises that Joe would be taking over the viewings, we think in the end he only did one. Furthermore, we had an agent who failed to turned up at all for one viewing they had agreed to do and when questioned as to the feedback, lied to our faces. We have it on security camera that the potential buyers were left waiting outside our house for over half an hour with no agent before they gave up. We were told they had simply decided not to view the property, without mentioning the agent hadn’t turned up. We asked Joe to look into this, he never bothered to get back to us about it. Whilst we felt it needed pushing much earlier, Lianna put in some hard work in the final weeks of the transaction when the solicitors were being difficult Would not use again.

Unprofessional. We decided to swap to a new agent after the period with Holden Copley with their clear tactics of list online and wait then get owners to reduce if no sale. Indicated we would be switching to a new agent and when the time came HoldenCopley contacted the owners of the property we are purchasing and stated we had removed our property from the market and did they want to relist. What HoldenCopley don't know is that we are in direct communication with the sellers and they contacted us to quickly dispell the spiteful inaccuracies. Very unprofessional in the end and in a dignified way their tactics have been stated by our new agent. HoldenCopley will struggle in a more difficult market although looked good to us at the start.

Would not recommend! Called about new property within minutes of property going live on Friday. Requested a viewing, said they would come back and confirm when, heard nothing over the weekend. Called back on the Monday to find offer accepted and it’s no longer available. No communication. Unprofessional and annoying.

Very impressed. Even though I'm not their direct client (they are working for the vendors who I'm buying the house from), their professionalism and helpful attitude has taken a lot of the stress out of the process for me.
