GoogleYork Estates has been marketing and securing tenants for my studio flat for the last 15 years. They have done an excellent job: the tenants have been well vetted and chosen; rents have been negotiated and agreed to my satisfaction; most tenants have renewed annually for a few years but if they have left after one year it was for their own work reasons (relocation); and whenever I have needed advice or help, for example in redecorating, YE has offered reliable contractors at reasonable rates. A further additional benefit has been the long-term service throughout that period of George and Toni, who know the rental market extremely well - continuity is important. I would also mention David, who has given good estimates on the sales potential of the property when I needed it. A highly recommended professional practice.

GoogleDon't believe any of the other reviews. My daughter has been dealing with a guy called George who has been nothing short of absolutely useless. His communication skills are abysmal and he has left her waiting for answers and feedback for too long, wasting her time whilst she could of spent it looking elsewhere . Moved into one of there properties a year ago. Previously only been with private landlords. YH we’re incredible from day 1 until today when I’ve left.Always fixed problems and issues quickly, listened to feedback about the area.Super helpful now that I’m leaving. Properties are super reasonably priced. Would get another property with them in a heartbeat.
