GoogleProfessional, polite and they care! Recently sold a property with this great team, both Andy and Max were great with their communications and flexibility with viewings. Once the offer was accepted Kylie then took over and the great service and communication continued until we got completion. Would definitely recommend and have done several times.

GoogleHaving searched for over 2 years for a home, Winkworth having never dealt with them before, was the only estate agent who took my call, and squeezed me in for a booking at short notice to meet my needs. The agent who I met with was a people person & allowed me to look around on my terms, answering my questions but just as important made me feel at ease, he also was kind enough to allow my partner at short notice to view the house. Communication throughout the buying process has been amazing, and it’s only taken 5 weeks from viewing to collecting the keys. Every now and then I was being called for updates on the vendors side & what if anything, I need to look into next. A faultless service where we have not had to guess what happens next. The agent who initially took our bid was respectful throughout the viewing & came across an honest guy when questioned on how many others had views the property. The following members of staff who have dealt was us have been respectful, and explained in Simone terms the process, answering questions without belittling or thinking we should know the answer. Buying a house seemed a complicated process but if you buy or sell via Winkworth Hellsdom, I believe you’ll be in a good place.

GoogleVery pleased we chose Winkworth Hellesdon to handle our sale. The team has been a pleasure to deal with, a friendly and professional approach throughout, from our first meeting and valuation with Andy to the progressing of the sale with Rachel. Honourable mentions to Daryl and Max for handling the viewings and other work to get the job done. If I had another house to sell in Hellesdon, going back to them would be a no-brainer!

GoogleThe team at Winkworth did an excellent job of marketing and selling my property, the photos were really professional and the whole process of selling was very quick. Rachel then worked tirelessly to work through and resolve queries within my chain, and I honestly don't think I would have been able to move without her help. I would definitely recommend Winkworth, and their after sales team as their service sets them apart from other Estate Agents I have used in the past!

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Estate Agents in Hellesdon. They have recently handled the sale of my late mother's house and the service provided by the whole team throughout has been excellent. From the first visit by Daryl to value the property, his attention to detail with the photographs and description was appreciated. They handled the viewings and the property sold quickly. I was pleased to receive regular updates on the sale and its chains progress from Rachel right up until completion last week.
