Andy, Neil and Max have been brilliant from start to finish with the sale of our house, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process and answering queries thoroughly and quickly. GoogleWe recently used the Hellesdon branch and received an excellent service from Andy, Neil and Max. Andy completed the valuation of the property. His approach was so refreshing compared to other firms of estate agents that we had spoken with. His valuation was based on a much broader range of factors and so was more considered and tailored to our house, I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Neil and Max then managed everything perfectly, nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was quick, efficient and smooth. We were so impressed. They just make the perfect team, we can’t thank them enough and have nothing but positive comments to make.

The initial valuation was carried out by Andy and was informative and we felt confident with his honest opinion and valuation , with expert knowledge of the area. GoogleCompleted today on the sale of my property through the Hellesdon office, been very impressed from start to finish. Andy who carried out the valuation was well prepared and had done lots of research he also recommended the right price as we went under offer in the first week at the full asking price. Neil in the office had a solid knowledge of the buyers circumstances and they aligned well with my timescales so the whole thing has gone through nice and quickly. They are both experienced professionals and this made a refreshing change from some of the agents I have dealt with previously. Hannah on the after sales team was quick to respond to questions and did a great job with keeping me up to date with progress of the sale once the solicitors were involved. I also spoke with Kylee a couple of times who again knew my situation and was a great help. Thoroughly recommend these guys and if you are selling in Hellesdon a local office with staff on your doorstep is a massive bonus. Thanks again all for your hard work.PositiveProfessionalism
