Huge thanks to the team at Winkworth for their incredible support from start to finish. From the very first viewing with Daryl through to the final stages of completion with Rachel Ingleby in after-sales, the service has been exceptional. Daryl has been fantastic from day one. He’s warm, approachable, and genuinely supportive, which made the viewing and offer process feel smooth and stress-free. He was a huge help in getting our offer accepted. Rachel has been absolutely amazing throughout. She has been so helpful in progressing the sale, constantly liaising between the seller, myself, and our solicitors to keep everything moving. We faced a complex issue that took a long time to resolve, and Rachel remained patient, proactive, and dedicated every step of the way. Her regular updates, consistent chasing, and clear communication genuinely made a the difference and helped us get over the line with the purchase of our first home. I couldn’t recommend Winkworth more. A massive thank you again to both Rachel and Daryl for going above and beyond!

We recently sold our property through Winkworth in Hellesdon and we have nothing but praise for the team. Andy, Vicky and Daryl were super stars on the sales side, arranging viewings and carrying out some viewings on our behalf. They kept in touch with regular updates and feedback without prompting from us. Once we had in fact sold, Rachel in the after sales team was amazing. She provided us with weekly updates and did a great job of nudging the solicitors on both sides of the sale. Exactly the service you hope you would get, worth every penny of the fee we paid and they delivered on every aspect of the service they promised. From my discussions with friends trying to sell, this amazing level of service is not the norm so, think very carefully about the agent you choose if you are serious about selling. Winkworth should be top of your list of agents to pick.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Winkworth Hellesdon. From the first call I had with Andy regarding selling our family home of 40 years (one of the oldest properties in the village) to completion, I could not fault the team at Winkworth (Andy, Daryl and Rachel). They were much more enthusiastic about selling the property than other estate agents (we had 3 local agents in to assess the property); this along with competitive fees made it a very easy choice for us which we did not regret. The write-up advert and photos for the house on Right Move was comprehensive and captured the character of the property (a critical component when selling property) and we were subsequently informed/guided every step of the way during the selling process (from pricing, would-be buyers, solicitors, progress on the sale.....right through to completion.....in fact, I got quicker updates regarding the sale from Rachel than I did directly from our solicitors). Highly recommended.....and a belated thank-you to the team.

We experienced a very efficient and professional service from Winkworth. Andy Dickerson, Max Kent & Rachel Ingleby were all available and helpful at every step of our journey. Often the most stressful stage of a house sale/purchase is after the offer has been accepted and things can seem to go a bit quiet whilst everything is happening behind the scenes. Rachel (our sales progressor) telephoned regularly to keep us updated so we knew the sale was always moving forward. We’d certainly use their services again in the future.
