GoogleVery professional company. First contact was with Andy for a valuation, He came across very professional but also very friendly and approachable. For the selling stage we dealt with Max who again was very professional but friendly and approachable and answered any queries we had. After the acceptance of offer we was then passed to Rachel who dealt with all the communication regarding our sale again Rachel was very professional, approachable and friendly. Any queries we had she dealt with straight away. If you are thinking of selling your property Winkworth in Hellesdon is the team you want. 5 star service all the way.

GoogleWinkworth Hellesdon sold our house and we’re brilliant every step of the way. Calling us every week with an update on progress and doing everything they could to get us completed on time. Andy was excellent and nothing was too much hassle for him. Not just Andy but everyone on the team in Hellesdon that we deal with were all really professional and helpful. We have recommended them to several of our friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely first class service from Winkworth estate agency. Their local knowledge of Hellesdon and more specifically the local market is second to none. In my opinion, Andy was by far and away the most knowledgeable and transparent of all of the other agents I spoke with and was able to answer all the questions I had. The property details and floor plan were very professional and detailed. It was immediately apparent that the team would do everything they could to secure a sale, which they successfully achieved. Daryl and Max kept me fully up-to-date on the accompanied viewings and provided constructive and detailed feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Following the offer Rachel used her extensive experience and expertise to keep the whole process moving forward, providing regular updates (at least weekly) explaining progress made and actions required. I would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone looking to market their property. Apologies if I have missed anyone in this review who I had contact with.

GoogleI recently bought a property marketed by Winkworth. As usual, numerous problems arose on all sides, but Max and Neil and Lauren were my go to people for all matters, even before my own post sales team at a different agency. We all chased and updated each other and they all made the process much less stressful than it could have been. I can't praise them enough for their outstanding customer service throughout. Needless to say they are all lovely people and I will be using them if I move in the future. Many thanks.

GoogleI cant rate Winkworth highly enough! Andy was personable yet professional at my initial valuation, giving me reassurance that he would do right by me as a seller. Both Andy and Neil were excellent support, answering all my questions and helping me to find my new home. Max was always friendly, polite and helpful, service was always quick and efficient. Holly has been wonderful during my after sales process, keeping me informed (way more than my solicitor!) and offering me a pep talk when needed! Couldnt be happier with Winkworth Hellesdon! GoogleAwesome agent, truly awesome. Very economical, but they really delivered an impeccable listing with professional photos well sequenced and did everything they said they would and more. Andy who took the photos had taken a professional photography course off his own back so he could do an awesome job. Neil walked us through the sale of our house clearly, evidently did an excellent job of our open house given the offers we secured within 24 hours, and he also negotiated some tricky territory with a house we were going to buy but fell through. He also remained professional and compassionate with us, even though it could easily be seen as our fault and a little bit of a naive situation. Max was professional and always up to date with our file in the office, knew who we were instantly every time we called up and gave us an update of anything new had come in. Hannah and Kylee chased solicitors voraciously and updated us minimum once a week for the entire process tirelessly - those calls were super efficient and professional and didn't take much of my time so i was always happy to take their calls. In the end it was a tight push due to our vendors waiting for their new build, but the whole thing carried through and we completed successfully so a big thank you to everyone at Winkworth.
